【摘要】：正患者,女,20歲。因被發(fā)現(xiàn)意識不清5 h于2016年8月13日入院。患者于2016年8月12日晚上突然出現(xiàn)行走不穩(wěn)并摔倒,隨即出現(xiàn)神志不清。立即送往當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院,體格檢查見瞳孔偏小,對光反射消失,雙肺可聞及大量干濕性Up音,當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院急查顱
[Abstract]:The patient, 20 years old, was admitted to hospital on August 13, 2016, after being found unconscious for 5 hours. The patient suddenly appeared unstable walking and fell down on the night of August 12, 2016. She was immediately taken to the local hospital. Physical examination showed that the pupils were small, the light reflex disappeared, both lungs could be heard and a large number of dry and wet up sounds were heard, and the local hospital was searching for cranium.
