【摘要】：目的了解渭南市男男性行為者(MSM)中艾滋病病毒(HIV)陽(yáng)性者的背景狀況和行為特征,為今后在此人群中開(kāi)展艾滋病防控工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集渭南市2010-2015年MSM中HIV陽(yáng)性者的流行病學(xué)資料和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果,采用IBM SPSS 22.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果2010-2015年,共報(bào)告202例MSM HIV陽(yáng)性病例,占渭南市HIV陽(yáng)性者總數(shù)(566例)的35.69%,其構(gòu)成比從2010年的25.00%上升至2015年41.48%。202例HIV陽(yáng)性MSM中,年齡20~39歲者占55.45%(112例),有婚姻史者占58.42%(118例),初中文化占43.07%(87例),當(dāng)?shù)貞?hù)籍占95.05%(192例)。檢測(cè)方式以其他就診者為多,占33.66%(68例)。HIV陽(yáng)性的MSM累計(jì)同性性伴中位數(shù)為2人。CD4+T淋巴細(xì)胞≥350個(gè)/μL的病例占52.94%(99/187)。結(jié)論MSM中HIV陽(yáng)性者逐年增加,具有年輕化、有婚姻史者、文化程度低、當(dāng)?shù)貞?hù)籍為主等特點(diǎn)。相關(guān)部門(mén)應(yīng)開(kāi)展針對(duì)性的宣傳教育與干預(yù)活動(dòng),降低新發(fā)感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the background and behavioral characteristics of HIV-positive men who had sex with men in Weinan city. Methods Epidemiological data and laboratory results of MSM positive patients in Weinan City from 2010 to 2015 were collected and analyzed by IBM SPSS 22.0 software. A total of 202 MSM HIV positive cases were reported, accounting for 35.69% of the total HIV positive cases in Weinan city. The proportion of HIV positive MSM increased from 25.00% on 2010 to 41.48.202 HIV positive MSM on 2015. 112 cases were aged 205.45 years, 58.42 cases had a history of marriage, 87 cases had a junior middle school education, and 192 cases had a local household registration.
