【摘要】：目的掌握鎮(zhèn)江市國(guó)家級(jí)血吸蟲(chóng)病監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)疫情變化。方法按《全國(guó)血吸蟲(chóng)病監(jiān)測(cè)方案》要求,選擇鎮(zhèn)江市揚(yáng)中市石城村和丹徒區(qū)三洲村為國(guó)家級(jí)血吸蟲(chóng)病監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),于2005-2010年開(kāi)展血吸蟲(chóng)病病情和螺情監(jiān)測(cè),并對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2010年石城村和三洲村監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)活螺平均密度、感染性釘螺密度、感染性釘螺面積、居民血檢陽(yáng)性率分別較2005年下降了98.4%、0、0、71.8%和70.4%、100%、100%、81.5%,2個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)連續(xù)6年均未發(fā)現(xiàn)急性血吸蟲(chóng)感染病例。結(jié)論鎮(zhèn)江市國(guó)家級(jí)血吸蟲(chóng)病監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)人畜病情得到了有效控制,但釘螺面積變化不大,下一步應(yīng)加強(qiáng)江灘有螺環(huán)境綜合治理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the changes of national surveillance of schistosomiasis epidemic in Zhenjiang city. Methods according to the "national schistosomiasis surveillance program > requirements, Zhenjiang City, Yangzhong City, Shicheng village and Dantu District Three Chau village for the national schistosomiasis surveillance site, in the 2005-2010 years development of schistosomiasis and snail monitoring, the monitoring results are analyzed. The results of the 2010 rock Zhou Cun village and three monitoring points of the average density of living snails, the density of infected snails and infected snails area, the positive rate of residents were examined respectively compared to 2005 decreased by 98.4%, 0,0,71.8% and 70.4%, 100%, 100%, 81.5%, 2 monitoring points for 6 consecutive years found no cases of acute schistosomiasis in Zhenjiang city. The conclusion of national schistosomiasis the monitoring points of human and animal disease has been effectively controlled, but the snail area changed little, the next step should be to strengthen the comprehensive management of the environment.
