【摘要】：目的探討泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌血癥的抗感染治療。方法臨床藥師結(jié)合泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌血癥患者的藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù)過程與其他泛耐藥革蘭陰性菌的治療方案,提出適宜的泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌血癥治療意見。結(jié)果與結(jié)論當(dāng)碳青酶烯最低抑菌濃度(MIC)≤8 mg·L-1時(shí),碳青霉烯聯(lián)用阿米卡星可能是治療泛耐藥銅綠假單胞菌血癥的有效方法。
