【摘要】：正帶狀皰疹皮損多沿單側(cè)神經(jīng)分布,多見(jiàn)于三叉神經(jīng)或肋間神經(jīng),也可見(jiàn)于其他部位,癥狀嚴(yán)重者可引起相應(yīng)部位的急性疼痛(AHP)和損害(簇性粟粒大丘疹、水皰、壞死、結(jié)痂)~([1,2])。年齡和基礎(chǔ)疾病是公認(rèn)的AHP發(fā)病危險(xiǎn)因素~([3~5])。合并基礎(chǔ)疾病的老年帶狀皰疹患者的皰疹大小、皰疹密集度比無(wú)原發(fā)病
