【摘要】：目的評估細胞免疫檢測試驗在結(jié)核病中的診斷價值。方法研究對象來自于2013年2月至2015年5月于我中心就診的疑似結(jié)核病患者66例。取患者晨起喉深部痰液用于涂片法和羅氏固體培養(yǎng)法,取患者晨起肘靜脈血5 m L用于細胞免疫檢測試驗。以羅氏固體培養(yǎng)法結(jié)果為參照。分析3種檢查結(jié)果的一致性。結(jié)果細胞免疫檢測試驗的靈敏度為94.59%、特異度為100%、準確度為96.97%。涂片法免疫檢測試驗的靈敏度為64.86%、特異度為86.21%、準確度為74.24%。細胞免疫檢測試驗準確度高于涂片法,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論細胞免疫檢測試驗的準確性高,優(yōu)于涂片法,可作為結(jié)核病早期診斷可靠的檢測手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of cellular immunoassay in tuberculosis. Methods 66 suspected tuberculosis patients from February 2013 to May 2015 were studied. Smear method and Roche solid culture method, 5ml of cubital venous blood from morning to morning was used for cellular immunoassay. The results of roche solid culture were used as reference. The results of three tests were consistent. The sensitivity and specificity of cellular immunoassay were 94.59 and 94.59, respectively. The sensitivity of smear immunoassay was 64.86, the specificity was 86.21 and the accuracy was 74.24.The accuracy of cell immunoassay was higher than that of smear method. Conclusion Cellular immunoassay is more accurate than smear method and can be used as a reliable method for early diagnosis of tuberculosis.
