【摘要】：目的分析武漢市高校低年級大學(xué)生艾滋病相關(guān)知識態(tài)度情況及行為影響因素,為開展青年學(xué)生艾滋病健康教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用方便抽樣方法,以武漢市9所高校2014—2015年入學(xué)的908名大學(xué)生為研究對象,利用問卷調(diào)查法收集數(shù)據(jù),使用χ2檢驗(yàn)和Logistic回歸進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果武漢市高校低年級大學(xué)生艾滋病知識知曉率為66.1%,對艾滋病感到恐懼的占66.6%,艾滋病反歧視與同情分值較低的占49.1%,贊成婚前性行為的占39.1%,性別(OR=1.662)、民族(OR=0.449)、戀愛經(jīng)歷(OR=2.224)、艾滋病恐懼感(OR=1.707)、婚前性行為態(tài)度(OR=3.739)是認(rèn)為周圍同學(xué)是否有婚前性行為的影響因素。居住地(OR=1.569)、艾滋病防治知識知曉(OR=0.407)、艾滋病距離感(OR=0.630)、婚前性行為態(tài)度(OR=0.664)是安全套使用意愿的影響因素。結(jié)論高校低年級大學(xué)生艾滋病知識知曉率較低,對艾滋病感染者存在一定程度歧視,贊成婚前性行為的大學(xué)生有更低的安全套使用意愿,更可能認(rèn)為周圍同學(xué)有婚前性行為的發(fā)生,且更可能發(fā)生艾滋病高危行為,需要整合性和艾滋病宣教開展形式多樣的有效干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the AIDS related knowledge attitude and behavioral factors of junior college students in Wuhan, and to provide scientific basis for carrying out AIDS health education for young students. Methods convenient sampling method was used. Taking 908 college students enrolled in 9 colleges and universities in Wuhan City in 2014-2015 as the research object, the data were collected by means of questionnaire survey. Using 蠂 2 test and Logistic regression, the results showed that the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 66.1, the proportion of fear of AIDS was 66.6, the score of anti-discrimination and sympathy of AIDS was 49.1, and the rate of marriage was in favor of marriage. Presexual behavior accounts for 39.1%, sex is 1.662n, nationality is 0.449, love experience is 2.224, fear of AIDS is 1.707, attitude of premarital sexual behavior is 3.739) are the influencing factors of premarital sexual behavior of students around. The place of residence is OR1.569, the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control is 0.407, AIDS prevention and control knowledge is 0.407, HIV / AIDS is 0.407. The prevalence of sexual behavior before marriage was 0.664.Conclusion the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the junior college students was lower than that of the lower grade students. There is a certain degree of discrimination against people living with HIV. College students who are in favor of premarital sex have lower willingness to use condoms, are more likely to think that students around them have premarital sex, and are more likely to have high-risk behaviors of AIDS. Integration and AIDS education are needed to carry out various forms of effective intervention.
