【摘要】：Zika病毒(Zika virus,ZIKV)是一種新發(fā)的蟲媒病毒,伊蚊是其主要的傳播媒介。Zika病毒感染后主要引起發(fā)熱,皮疹,關節(jié)痛等輕癥癥狀。2015年起,Zika病毒在拉丁美洲及南美洲多個國家流行,并且Zika病毒感染患者不僅出現發(fā)熱,皮疹和關節(jié)痛等癥狀,還發(fā)現Zika病毒病的流行與嬰兒小頭畸形,格林巴利綜合征,病毒性腦膜炎病例的發(fā)生相關。不僅如此,Zika病毒感染還可以通過性途徑傳播。因此,從病毒感染癥狀的復雜性來看,目前流行的Zika病毒已經與1947年剛發(fā)現時的Zika病毒完全不同,而是成為了一種"新病毒"。本文系統地梳理總結了Zika病毒感染相關的最新研究進展,并提出Zika病毒及其感染是對蟲媒病毒傳染病的新挑戰(zhàn)的概念。
[Abstract]:Zika virus Zika virus ZIKV is a new type of insect-borne virus. Aedes mosquito is its main transmission vector. Zika virus infection mainly causes mild symptoms such as fever, rash, joint pain, etc. Since 2015, Zika virus has been prevalent in many countries in Latin America and South America. Patients with Zika virus infection not only showed fever, rash and joint pain, but also found the prevalence of Zika virus disease and infant microcephaly, Guillain-Barre syndrome. The incidence of viral meningitis is related. Not only that, but Zika virus infection can also be transmitted sexually. Therefore, judging by the complexity of viral infection symptoms, the current epidemic of Zika virus has been completely different from the Zika virus when it was first discovered in 1947. In this paper, the latest research progress of Zika virus infection is summarized, and the concept of Zika virus and its infection is proposed as a new challenge to the insect-borne virus infectious disease.
