【摘要】：目的分析依托微信群開展大學(xué)生結(jié)核病防治健康教育的效果,為探尋結(jié)核病有效的健康教育方式提供依據(jù)。方法采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣法,抽取濰坊醫(yī)學(xué)院6個(gè)班級(jí)共307名學(xué)生,隨機(jī)分為傳統(tǒng)組與微信組。2組在進(jìn)行結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)講座后,傳統(tǒng)組采用發(fā)放宣傳手冊(cè)和擺放展板方式、微信組依托微信群開展結(jié)核病防治健康教育干預(yù)。干預(yù)前后采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的同一問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果干預(yù)前2組大學(xué)生結(jié)核病各防治知識(shí)知曉率、正確態(tài)度行為形成率差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);干預(yù)后微信組結(jié)核病各防治知識(shí)知曉率、正確態(tài)度行為形成率均高于傳統(tǒng)組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論傳統(tǒng)的結(jié)核病干預(yù)方式效果不明顯,利用微信群開展健康教育是一種有效的干預(yù)方式。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of health education on tuberculosis prevention and control among college students relying on WeChat group, and to provide the basis for exploring the effective health education mode of tuberculosis. Methods 307 students in 6 classes of Weifang Medical College were selected by cluster random sampling method. Two groups were randomly divided into traditional group and WeChat group. After giving lectures on tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge, the traditional group adopted the way of distributing propaganda manual and placing display board. WeChat group based on WeChat group to carry out health education intervention on tuberculosis prevention and treatment. The self-designed questionnaire was used before and after the intervention. There was no significant difference in the rate of correct attitude and behavior formation (P = 0.05), and the rate of understanding and correct attitude and behavior formation of tuberculosis in WeChat group after intervention was higher than that in traditional group. The difference was statistically significant (P = 0.05). Conclusion the effect of traditional intervention on tuberculosis is not obvious. It is an effective intervention way to use WeChat group to carry out health education.
