【摘要】：目的了解貴州省少數(shù)民族地區(qū)乙肝防治知識、態(tài)度、行為現(xiàn)狀,并分析三者關(guān)聯(lián)性,為制定相應(yīng)策略提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用自行設(shè)計的乙肝流行病學(xué)調(diào)查問卷,包括基本情況、乙肝相關(guān)知識、態(tài)度行為和獲取健康教育途徑,在貴州省少數(shù)民族地區(qū)隨機抽取兩個縣共2 414人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,均數(shù)比較采用Z檢驗、KruskalWallis H秩和檢驗,率的比較采用χ~2檢驗,并用秩相關(guān)進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)性分析。結(jié)果乙肝防治知識總知曉率為22.56%,不同問題的知曉率差異較大,在5.14%~54.85%之間,知識平均得分為3(0,8),不同特征人群得分的差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均有P0.05);總積極態(tài)度率為36.27%,平均得分為3(2,4),總正確行為率為46.35%,得分為4(3,5),不同特征人群的積極態(tài)度率和正確行為率差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均有P0.05),且文化程度越高,積極態(tài)度率和正確行為率也越高;經(jīng)秩相關(guān)分析,三者間有正相關(guān)關(guān)系(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論貴州省少數(shù)民族地區(qū)知曉率偏低,應(yīng)針對不同年齡、不同民族開展多種形式的乙肝知識宣傳,引導(dǎo)其養(yǎng)成良好健康的態(tài)度和行為習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of knowledge, attitude and behavior of hepatitis B prevention and treatment in minority areas of Guizhou Province, and to analyze the relationship among the three, and to provide theoretical basis for formulating corresponding strategies. Methods A self-designed questionnaire on hepatitis B epidemiology was used. Including basic situation, knowledge of hepatitis B, attitude and behavior, and access to health education, 2,414 people were randomly selected from two counties in minority areas of Guizhou Province to conduct a questionnaire survey. The mean was compared with Kruskal Wallis H rank sum test by Z test. Results the total awareness rate of hepatitis B prevention and control knowledge was 22.56%, and the awareness rate of different problems was significant, ranging from 5.14% to 54.85%. The average score of knowledge was 3 / 0 / 80.There were significant differences in the scores of people with different characteristics (all P 0.05), the total positive attitude rate was 36.27, the average score was 36.27, the total correct behavior rate was 46.35, the score was 40.35, and the positive attitude rate and positive attitude rate of different characteristic population were all significant (P0.05%, 36.27%, 36.27%, 46.35%, 46.35% and 46.35%, respectively). The difference of actual behavior rate was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the higher the educational level was, The positive attitude rate and correct behavior rate were also higher, and there was a positive correlation among them by rank correlation analysis (all P0.050.Conclusion the awareness rate of minority areas in Guizhou Province is low, which should be aimed at different ages. Different nationalities carry out various forms of knowledge propaganda of hepatitis B and guide them to develop good and healthy attitude and behavior habit.
