【摘要】：梅毒是可以損害全身各器官的性傳播疾病。眼部的任何組織均可受累。眼梅毒表現(xiàn)多種多樣,包括眼附屬器梅毒、視網(wǎng)膜炎、葡萄膜炎、角膜炎、鞏膜炎及視神經(jīng)炎等。以梅毒性葡萄膜炎最常見。眼部影像檢查有助于診斷眼梅毒,但是確診需要梅毒血清學(xué)檢查。所有眼梅毒患者均應(yīng)進(jìn)行腦脊液檢查,并按照神經(jīng)梅毒方案治療。
[Abstract]:Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease that can damage all organs of the body. Any tissue in the eye can be affected. Ocular syphilis is manifested in a variety of ways, including ocular appendage syphilis, retinitis, uveitis, keratitis, Sclera inflammation and optic neuritis, etc. The most common type of uveitis is syphilis. Eye imaging is helpful for the diagnosis of syphilis, but serological examination is required for syphilis. All patients with ocular syphilis should be examined for cerebrospinal fluid. And according to neurosyphilis program treatment.
