【摘要】：目的通過(guò)構(gòu)建社會(huì)生態(tài)學(xué)模型,基于生育意愿,分析艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染女性健康相關(guān)行為的影響因素,為制定改善HIV感染女性健康相關(guān)行為的策略提供依據(jù)。方法共對(duì)101例HIV感染女性進(jìn)行深入訪談。訪談提綱的建立基于社會(huì)生態(tài)學(xué)模型,由研究小組討論形成。訪談內(nèi)容包括與懷孕意愿相關(guān)的一系列問(wèn)題。按照扎根原理的持續(xù)比較分析法提取主題信息。根據(jù)社會(huì)生態(tài)學(xué)模型的分析要求,對(duì)收集的信息進(jìn)行反復(fù)閱讀,找出存在于信息中的普遍或共有的主題和副主題。結(jié)果通過(guò)構(gòu)建社會(huì)生態(tài)學(xué)模型,深入分析影響HIV感染女性產(chǎn)生生育意愿的因素,影響生育意愿產(chǎn)生的因素按層次劃分包括以下主題:自我動(dòng)機(jī)/自我效能、同伴/家庭支持、避免社區(qū)中存在的污名化、預(yù)防HIV母嬰傳播服務(wù)的可及性和公共政策。結(jié)論 HIV感染女性產(chǎn)生生育意愿是來(lái)源于多層面因素的綜合作用。在實(shí)施HIV防控措施的同時(shí),還應(yīng)尊重HIV感染女性的生育意愿,提供相關(guān)性健康和生殖健康教育咨詢服務(wù),幫助HIV感染女性增強(qiáng)信心。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a social ecological model and analyze the influencing factors of health-related behaviors of women infected with HIV / AIDS based on fertility intention. Methods 101 women infected with HIV were interviewed in depth. The outline of the interview was based on social ecological model. The interview included a series of questions related to pregnancy intention. The subject information was extracted by the method of continuous comparative analysis based on the principle of root taking. According to the requirements of the analysis of the social ecological model, The collected information was read over and over again to find out the common or common themes and sub-themes that existed in the information. Results the factors influencing the reproductive willingness of women infected with HIV were deeply analyzed by constructing a social ecological model. Factors that influence the generation of reproductive willingness include the following themes: self-motivation / self-efficacy, peer / family support, avoiding stigmatization in the community, Conclusion the reproductive willingness of women infected with HIV comes from the comprehensive effect of multiple factors. While implementing HIV prevention and control measures, we should also respect the reproductive will of women infected with HIV. Provide related and reproductive health education counseling services to help women with HIV to enhance their confidence.
