【摘要】：正患者,男,40歲,浙江省新昌縣人,建筑工地管理人員。2011年10月5日赴非洲剛果(布)勞務(wù)輸出(建造機(jī)場(chǎng)施工管理人員),2015年8月8日返回新昌縣居住,境外務(wù)工4年。期間患瘧疾4次(最近1次發(fā)病為2015年3月),具體瘧原蟲種與治療藥物不詳,治療后癥狀緩解。家庭成員無類似病史,否認(rèn)輸血史。2015年8月22日晚上8時(shí)左右出現(xiàn)寒顫、發(fā)熱(39.1℃)、全身酸痛等癥狀,當(dāng)晚至新昌縣人民醫(yī)院就診,8月23日血細(xì)胞分析:白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)7.6×109/L,單核細(xì)胞絕對(duì)值0.90×109/L,中性粒細(xì)胞
[Abstract]:The patient is 40 years old, a native of Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, and a construction site manager. On October 5th 2011, he went to Africa to export labor services to Congo (Burundi) (construction manager for the construction airport). He returned to Xinchang County in August 8th 2015 to live. Four years of migrant workers. Malaria was contracted 4 times during the period (the most recent case was March 2015). Specific Plasmodium species and treatment drugs are unknown, symptoms are relieved after treatment. Family members have no similar medical history. Denied the history of blood transfusions.
