【摘要】：目的探討HR-HPV對(duì)尖銳濕疣患者HPV持續(xù)感染的影響。方法對(duì)92例尖銳濕疣患者進(jìn)行HPV分型和DNA定量檢測(cè),治療后隨訪15個(gè)月。結(jié)果存在高危型HPV感染的患者與非高危型HPV感染的患者的持續(xù)性感染發(fā)生率分別為36.36%和12.73%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。HPV病毒載量為10~3~10~5,10~5~10~7,10~7copies/mL的患者,持續(xù)感染率分別為22.22%,21.43%和26.32%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論存在高危型HPV感染的尖銳濕疣患者發(fā)生持續(xù)性感染的可能性相對(duì)較大,病程較長。而病毒載量與總病程相關(guān)性不大。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of HR-HPV on HPV persistent infection in patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods 92 patients with condyloma acuminatum were classified by HPV and detected quantitatively by DNA. Results the incidence of persistent infection in patients with high risk HPV infection was 36.36% and 12.73, respectively. The difference was statistically significant in the patients with 10 ~ (3) ~ (3) ~ 10 ~ (10) HPV virus load, 10 ~ 10 ~ 5 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 1 / 10 ~ 10 ~ 7 / mL HPV / mL, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of persistent infection (P < 0.05), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The rate of persistent infection was 22.22% 21.43% and 26.32%, respectively. There was no significant difference between them (P 0.05). Conclusion the patients with condyloma acuminatum with high risk HPV infection are more likely to develop persistent infection, and the course of disease is longer, but the viral load is not related to the total course of condyloma acuminatum.
