【摘要】：正人蛔蟲是一種最常見的人體消化道寄生蟲,引起蛔蟲病�；紫x成蟲寄生于人體小腸,奪取營養(yǎng),也可引起腸梗阻、腸扭結(jié)、腸穿孔、膽道感染和阻塞引起闌尾炎等急腹癥,甚至還可以鉆入肝、膽等引起嚴(yán)重的異位損害。因腸蛔蟲病患病率的下降,即使感染蛔蟲但腸道內(nèi)蛔蟲數(shù)量明顯減少,女性患者腹痛一般不考慮腸蛔蟲病,因此,該病常被忽視,而以婦科疾病來就診。本院近年來在做陰道檢查婦科病的同時均對下腹部的腸
