【摘要】：目的全面掌握當(dāng)?shù)氐陌滩×餍刑攸c和規(guī)律,為制定針對性預(yù)防措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用常規(guī)資料收集、哨點監(jiān)測、血清橫斷面調(diào)查等方法進行流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果楚雄州自1991年開展艾滋病監(jiān)測工作,于1995年檢測出第1例HIV感染者。截至2013年12月,累計檢出HIV陽性感染者2 887例,經(jīng)性傳播比例達41.81%,HIV陽性者的配偶/固定性伴檢出率為8.22%,配偶/固定性伴均已感染HIV的家庭有61對。1991-2013年各類人群感染狀況為:吸毒人群感染率維持在17.30%~48.60%;性病病人為0.20%~1.75%;孕產(chǎn)婦人群感染率為0.10%~0.50%;暗娼人群感染率為0.50%~2.20%;新婚人群平均感染率為0.13%;獻血人員平均感染率為0.04%。結(jié)論楚雄州艾滋病疫情在擴大,經(jīng)性傳播比例明顯增加,呈現(xiàn)家庭聚集感染的現(xiàn)象,正處于從高危人群向一般人群蔓延擴散的關(guān)鍵時期。
[Abstract]:Objective to fully understand the characteristics and rules of the local AIDS epidemic, and to provide the basis for the establishment of targeted preventive measures. Methods routine data collection and sentinel surveillance were used. Results the surveillance of AIDS in Chuxiong prefecture was carried out on 1991, and the first case of HIV infection was detected on 1995. As of December 2013, a total of 2 887 cases of HIV positive infection were detected in Chuxiong prefecture. The prevalence rate of sexually transmitted HIV positive persons was 8.22%. 61 pairs of families with both spouses and fixed partners were infected with HIV. The infection rate of drug users was maintained at 17.30% and 48.60% between 1991 and 2013, while that of STD patients was 17.30%. 0.20 and 1.75; the infection rate of pregnant and lying-in women is 0.100.50; the infection rate of female sex workers is 0.502.20; the average infection rate of newlyweds is 0.13; the average infection rate of blood donors is 0.04.Conclusion the epidemic situation of AIDS in Chuxiong prefecture is expanding. The proportion of sexual transmission increased obviously, which showed the phenomenon of family agglomeration infection, which is in the critical period of spreading from high risk group to general population.
