【摘要】：目的了解中山市2010-2015年性傳播疾病門診男性就診者艾滋病哨點監(jiān)測情況,分析該目標人群高危行為發(fā)生情況、血清學(xué)檢測情況變化趨勢。方法按照《全國艾滋病哨點監(jiān)測工作方案》要求,采取連續(xù)抽樣方法,對在監(jiān)測期內(nèi)符合條件的性病門診男性就診者進行問卷調(diào)查和血清學(xué)檢測。結(jié)果2010-2015年共監(jiān)測2 406例,≤49歲者占81.42%(1 959/2 406);已婚或同居占79.05%(1 902/2 406),呈增長趨勢(χ~2趨勢=4.266,P=0.039);知曉率從2010年的63.50%增加至2015年的90.50%(χ~2趨勢=77.123,P0.001);近三個月的嫖娼比例和有臨時性伴比例及近一年的患過性病比例、接受安全套/咨詢檢測服務(wù)比例均下降(P均0.001)�！�50歲者較≤49歲者的知曉率更低(68.46%vs.85.20%,P0.001),接受安全套/咨詢檢測服務(wù)的比例更低(7.40%vs.11.80%,P=0.007)。結(jié)論中山市性傳播疾病門診對男性就診者人群干預(yù)工作已初見成效,但仍存在流行風(fēng)險,≥50歲人群需引起更多關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the surveillance of AIDS sentinel in male outpatients with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in Zhongshan City from 2010 to 2015, and to analyze the prevalence of high-risk behaviors in the target population.
