【摘要】：目的研究手足口病的流行病學(xué)特征,并對(duì)時(shí)空聚集性進(jìn)行分析,為手足口病的重點(diǎn)防控工作提供依據(jù)。方法從國家疾病監(jiān)測(cè)信息報(bào)告管理系統(tǒng)中獲取濟(jì)南市2009-2015年手足口病疫情資料,采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法及時(shí)空重排掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析手足口病病例的流行病學(xué)特征、空間分布和病原學(xué)分布特征。結(jié)果 2009-2015年濟(jì)南市累計(jì)報(bào)告73 763例,年均發(fā)病率為156.83/10萬。累計(jì)報(bào)告重癥病例115例,死亡病例3例。全年只有1個(gè)發(fā)病高峰,最高峰出現(xiàn)在4-7月。病例主要分布在≤5歲兒童,占病例總數(shù)的97.22%;男女性別比為1.48∶1。病例以散居兒童為主,其次為幼托兒童和學(xué)生,分別占病例總數(shù)的59.78%、31.08%和2.84%。全市各地區(qū)發(fā)病均處于較高水平,年均發(fā)病率在20.03/10萬~393.93/10萬間波動(dòng);歷城區(qū)、市中區(qū)和槐蔭區(qū)是主要高發(fā)地區(qū),報(bào)告病例數(shù)約占全市病例總數(shù)的50.00%。在區(qū)縣尺度上有時(shí)空聚集性,總病例探測(cè)到1個(gè)時(shí)空聚類區(qū)域。全市共報(bào)告實(shí)驗(yàn)室診斷病例4 119例,病原學(xué)構(gòu)成以腸道病毒71型(EV71)、柯薩奇病毒A16型(Cox A16)為主,分別占36.44%和33.87%。結(jié)論濟(jì)南市手足口病處于高度流行態(tài)勢(shì)�！�5歲散居兒童是主要發(fā)病人群,各地流行強(qiáng)度不同,且存在季節(jié)性變化規(guī)律。手足口病存在時(shí)空聚集性,病原學(xué)構(gòu)成以EV71、CoxA16為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the epidemiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD), and to analyze the spatial and temporal aggregation of HFMD. Methods the epidemic data of hand foot and mouth disease from 2009 to 2015 in Jinan City were obtained from the National Disease Surveillance Information report Management system, which provided the basis for the key prevention and control work of hand, foot and mouth disease. The epidemiological characteristics, spatial distribution and etiological distribution of hand, foot and mouth disease cases were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method and space-time rearrangement scanning statistical method. Results 73,763 cases were reported in Jinan from 2009 to 2015. The average annual incidence rate was 156.83 / 100,000. A total of 115 severe cases and 3 death cases were reported.
