【摘要】：目的分析外周血中輔助性T細胞17(Th17)表面CC趨化因子受體4(CCR4)、CC趨化因子受體6(CCR6)、CXC亞族趨化因子受體3(CXCR3)表達量檢測對慢性乙型肝炎患者病情評估的價值。方法選取2013年8月-2015年12月在該院接受治療的乙型肝炎患者118例作為觀察組,同期在該院接受健康體檢的肝功能正常人群142例作為對照組,對比兩組外周血Th17細胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表達水平,血清纖維化指標及肝功能指標,并進一步分析CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表達量與慢性乙肝患者病情嚴重程度的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果慢性乙肝患者的外周血Th17細胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表達水平,透明質(zhì)酸(HA)、層黏連蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型膠原(Ⅳc)、Ⅲ型前膠原(PCⅢ)值,丙氨酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、白蛋白(Alb)、總膽紅素(TBIL)值均高于對照組,球蛋白(Glo)值低于對照組,隨著慢性乙肝病情加重,外周血Th17細胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表達水平,HA、LN、Ⅳc、PCⅢ值,ALT、Alb、TBIL值進一步上升,Glo值下降。CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表達量與慢性乙肝患者的外周血HA、LN、Ⅳc、PCⅢ、ALT、Alb、TBIL呈正相關(guān),與Glo呈負相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論慢性乙肝患者存在外周血Th17細胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3異常表達,其與患者病情嚴重程度直接相關(guān),可以作為乙肝治療的新靶點。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze CC chemokine receptor (CCR4) and CC chemokine receptor (CCR6) on the surface of peripheral blood helper T cell 17 (Th17). CXC subfamily chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3).
