【摘要】：十九世紀(jì)八十年代到二十世紀(jì)四十年代,西方社會(huì)經(jīng)歷了女性主義的第一次浪潮。美國(guó)作家菲茨杰拉德與中國(guó)女作家張愛(ài)玲可以被看做這一時(shí)期東西方女性文學(xué)創(chuàng)作的代表。兩者在作品中都使用大量篇幅去塑造具有時(shí)代特色的女性形象,在各自國(guó)度都受到了熱烈追捧,產(chǎn)生了廣泛而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。因而,對(duì)于兩位作家所著小說(shuō)中女性形象的對(duì)比分析有顯著意義,有助于讀者深入了解不同國(guó)家社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期女性的真實(shí)生活狀態(tài)。然而,關(guān)于二者的對(duì)比研究?jī)H有一篇名為《浮華世界凋零的玫瑰—菲茨杰拉德和張愛(ài)玲作品中的女性異化形象》,主要從環(huán)境、愛(ài)情、婚姻、親情及母性五個(gè)角度來(lái)討論女性的異化現(xiàn)象及原因,篇幅短少且淺顯。本文以兩位作家代表小說(shuō)中的女性形象為研究對(duì)象,從女性主義文學(xué)批評(píng)視角進(jìn)行深入研究。本文以女性主義文學(xué)批評(píng)為理論框架,以菲茨杰拉德與張愛(ài)玲塑造的代表性女性形象為研究對(duì)象,探討兩位作家所刻畫的女性形象的異同、女性觀的異同及其潛在原因。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),由于受男性社會(huì)體系的管束,菲茨杰拉德與張愛(ài)玲筆下的女性潛意識(shí)中將自己奴隸化、物質(zhì)化及獸化。不論是《了不起的蓋茨比》、《夜色溫柔》、《最后一個(gè)大亨》,或是《金鎖記》、《半生緣》等作品中,女性將自己當(dāng)做男人的附屬財(cái)產(chǎn),甘心接受男性世界的準(zhǔn)則影響和控制；對(duì)于女性而言,踏入婚姻是為了金錢和地位而無(wú)關(guān)愛(ài)情；為了私利,對(duì)他人甚至是親屬毫不關(guān)心,喪失基本的人性關(guān)懷。當(dāng)然,由于不同社會(huì)文化背景的影響,張愛(ài)玲作品中的女性更傾向于被動(dòng)接受自己的命運(yùn)而毫不反抗；而在菲茨杰拉德的描述中,后期一些女性角色女性意識(shí)開(kāi)始萌芽,轉(zhuǎn)變成“新女性”,展現(xiàn)出自戀人格。由于童年經(jīng)歷、人生體驗(yàn)及社會(huì)文化環(huán)境的影響,菲茨杰拉德與張愛(ài)玲對(duì)女性持有不同的態(tài)度。從一開(kāi)始,菲茨杰拉德對(duì)女性的態(tài)度就是矛盾的。一方面,他對(duì)女性的精神墮落產(chǎn)生厭惡；另一方面,他贊成并很欣賞這些新女性所代表的價(jià)值觀。張愛(ài)玲則是持有一種“虛無(wú)主義”的態(tài)度,始終旁觀這些女性的悲劇命運(yùn)。作為代表性文學(xué)創(chuàng)作人物,菲茨杰拉德與張愛(ài)玲都忠誠(chéng)的履行了作家的職責(zé),生動(dòng)描繪了他們身邊的女人們。
[Abstract]:Western society experienced the first wave of feminism from 1980 s to 1940 s. American writer Fitzgerald and Chinese woman writer Zhang Ailing can be regarded as the representatives of the East-West female literature creation in this period. Both of them have devoted a great deal of space to portray the female image with the characteristics of the times in their works, which have been enthusiastically sought after in their respective countries and have had a wide and profound influence. Therefore, a comparative analysis of the female images in the novels of the two writers is significant, which is helpful for the readers to understand the real living conditions of women in the period of social transformation in different countries. However, there is only one article on the comparative study of the two, entitled "the faded Rose of the flashy World-female alienation in the works of Fitzgerald and Zhang Ailing", mainly from the environment, love, marriage. It is short and simple to discuss the phenomenon and reason of female alienation from the five angles of kinship and motherhood. In this paper, two writers on behalf of women in the novel as the object of study, feminist literary criticism from the perspective of in-depth research. This paper takes feminist literary criticism as the theoretical framework, takes the representative female images created by Fitzgerald and Zhang Ailing as the research object, and probes into the similarities and differences of the female images, the similarities and differences of the female views and the underlying causes of the two writers' portrayals. The study found that women in Fitzgerald and Zhang Ailing subconsciously enslaved, materialized and bruised themselves because they were governed by male social systems. Whether it's the Great Gatsby, the soft Night, the Last mogul, or the Golden Lock, the Half-Life, the woman sees herself as a man's accessory, willing to be influenced and controlled by the norms of the male world; For women, marriage is for money and status, not love; for personal gain, for others or even relatives, the loss of basic human care. Of course, because of the influence of different social and cultural backgrounds, the women in Zhang Ailing's works tend to accept their destiny passively and do not resist. In Fitzgerald's description, some female consciousness of female characters begins to sprout in the later period. Turn into "new woman", show narcissistic personality. Because of the influence of childhood experience, life experience and social and cultural environment, Fitzgerald and Zhang Ailing hold different attitudes towards women. From the beginning, Fitzgerald's attitude toward women was contradictory. On the one hand, he abhors the spiritual depravity of women; on the other hand, he shares and appreciates the values represented by these new women. Zhang Ailing is holding a nihilistic attitude, always watching the tragic fate of these women. As representative literary characters, both Fitzgerald and Zhang Ailing faithfully perform their duties as writers and vividly depict the women around them.
