【摘要】：生活在19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初的美國著名作家杰克·倫敦在世界文壇上享有很高的聲譽,見證并經(jīng)歷了工業(yè)化的美國社會和當(dāng)時的北上“淘金熱”。其小說大多以個人生活經(jīng)歷為素材,真實自然,深受讀者喜愛。其中最著名的作品之一是以克朗代克淘金經(jīng)歷和見聞為素材并結(jié)合自身所處的社會大背景所創(chuàng)作的中篇小說《野性的呼喚》。 修辭性敘事理論將修辭效果與敘事結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合,認(rèn)為文學(xué)敘事是作者、文本與讀者之間的一種相互交流,同時文本體現(xiàn)了一種在讀者互動下的敘事進程。該理論不僅關(guān)注研究敘事作品的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和各要素之間的關(guān)系,而且注重作者的個人經(jīng)歷和所處的社會背景對特定作品中隱含作者的影響,并且強調(diào)讀者在敘事進程中的參與作用,同時結(jié)合語境來闡釋具體作品中敘事的主題意義。在此理論的基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過文本細(xì)讀,以挖掘和闡釋《野性的呼喚》中的生態(tài)思想。 通過研究,本論文發(fā)現(xiàn)：這部小說蘊含了杰克·倫敦豐富的生態(tài)思想,主要表現(xiàn)在對自然的描寫；對主人公巴克和大法官、約翰·桑頓的和諧相處的稱道,贊揚并肯定巴克作為狗的內(nèi)在價值；同時揭露人類在經(jīng)濟利益的驅(qū)動下的各種人性丑態(tài),表達了對人類精神生態(tài)的擔(dān)憂。修辭性敘事理論認(rèn)為文學(xué)敘事可以看作是作者、文本與讀者之間的交流,從杰克·倫敦所處的社會背景及其個人生平經(jīng)歷了解其思想狀態(tài)有助于讀者把握這部小說的主題思想。敘述聲音和敘述眼光是深入研究文學(xué)文本的重要的敘述技巧,為讀者了解文本內(nèi)容和人物思想提供了可靠的平臺。此外,在文學(xué)敘事進程中讀者對文本的動態(tài)反應(yīng)有助于完成對這部中篇小說的解讀。 本文在修辭性敘事理論的大框架下解讀杰克·倫敦作品中的生態(tài)思想,使小說中的生態(tài)思想能通過作者、隱含作者、人物、敘述者以及各個層面的讀者完全展現(xiàn)出來。這不僅對當(dāng)前《野性的呼喚》的研究提供一個新的視角,強調(diào)了文本敘事形式的意義,豐富這部小說的研究方法,同時可以加深讀者對文本的理解,為他們進一步賞析杰克·倫敦的其他作品提供了有效的例子。
[Abstract]:Jack London, a famous American writer who lived in the late 19th century and early 20th century, enjoys a high reputation in the world of literature. Witnessed and experienced the industrialization of American society and the northward "Gold Rush". Most of his novels are based on personal life experience, real and natural. One of the most famous works is the novella call of the Wild, which is based on the experience and experience of Klondike's gold rush and combined with the social background in which he lives. Rhetorical narrative theory combines rhetoric effect with narrative structure, and holds that literary narrative is a kind of communication between author, text and reader. At the same time, the text reflects a narrative process under the interaction of readers. This theory not only focuses on the internal structure of the narrative works and the relationship between the elements. It also emphasizes the influence of the author's personal experience and social background on the author in the specific works, and emphasizes the role of the reader in the narrative process. On the basis of this theory, this paper explores and interprets the ecological thoughts in the call of Wild by reading the text carefully. Through research, this paper finds: this novel contains Jack London's rich ecological thoughts, mainly in the description of nature; Praise and affirmation of Barker's inner worth as a dog, and of Justice John Thornton's harmonious relationship with the protagonist, John Thornton; At the same time, it reveals all kinds of human ugliness driven by economic interests, and expresses concern about human spiritual ecology. Rhetoric narrative theory holds that literary narration can be regarded as the communication between author, text and readers. Understanding Jack London's ideological state from his social background and his personal life experience will help readers grasp the main theme of the novel. Narrative voice and narrative vision are important narrative techniques for in-depth study of literary texts. Coincidence. It provides a reliable platform for readers to understand the content of the text and the thoughts of the characters. In addition, the readers' dynamic response to the text in the process of literary narration is helpful to complete the interpretation of the novella. This paper interprets the ecological thought in Jack London's works under the framework of rhetorical narrative theory, so that the ecological thought in the novel can be read through the author, the implied author, the character. It not only provides a new perspective for the study of the call of the Wild, but also emphasizes the significance of the narrative form of the text and enriches the research methods of the novel. It can also deepen readers' understanding of the text and provide useful examples for their further appreciation of other works by Jack London.
