主位推進(jìn)是實(shí)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)篇銜接與語(yǔ)義連貫的重要方法,體現(xiàn)了語(yǔ)篇信息的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與發(fā)展方向。很多學(xué)者基于主位推進(jìn)理論進(jìn)行了一系列的翻譯研究。然而,以往的研究多集中于新聞報(bào)道、科技文本、政治報(bào)告等應(yīng)用文本,涉及文學(xué)文本的研究較少,散文則更不多見。散文是一種文學(xué)體裁,中文散文最顯著的特點(diǎn)是形散神聚,這一特點(diǎn)使其英譯更加復(fù)雜。因此研究中文散文的主位推進(jìn)模式有助于譯者更深入地剖析其原文的行文結(jié)構(gòu)、全面理解譯文,從而更有效地生成譯文。本研究以10篇中文議論性散文及其英譯譯文為語(yǔ)料,以小句為單位對(duì)比分析它們的主位推進(jìn)模式,探究他們?cè)谥魑煌七M(jìn)模式上的異同,進(jìn)而指出主位推進(jìn)理論對(duì)議論性散文英譯的啟示。具體的研究問(wèn)題如下:1.中文議論性散文及其英譯文本的主位推進(jìn)模式有何特點(diǎn)?2.英譯議論性散文時(shí)應(yīng)采取什么翻譯方法?為什么?本研究所選擇的10篇中文議論性散文均為歷屆韓素音翻譯競(jìng)賽漢譯英部分的原文,英譯版本為韓素音翻譯競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)給出的刊登于當(dāng)年第6期《中國(guó)翻譯》上的官方參考譯文。本文的主要研究結(jié)果如下:議論性散文主要使用平行型主位推進(jìn)模式,不相關(guān)模式次之。其英譯文本則主要使用延續(xù)型以及集中型模式,平行型與不相關(guān)模式的數(shù)量...
