【摘要】：D.H.Lawrence的小說《查泰來夫人的情人》被認為是最具爭議的一部小說之一,在世界享譽盛名。與此同時,該小說也被翻譯成多國語言,其中中譯本在中國影響巨大。本文以饒述一譯本和黑馬譯本中的注釋進行比較研究。注釋作為一種特殊的翻譯手段,對其研究不僅能反映特定時期內(nèi)目的語文化與源語文化的交流程度,而且還能部分反映譯入語文化中影響譯作本質(zhì),地位和翻譯策略的重要因素,對于目的語文化的翻譯研究發(fā)揮重要作用,對了解特定歷史時期外國文學(xué)作品的翻譯在中國的接受和傳播具有重要意義。本文以安德烈·勒菲弗爾的四層次改寫理論為理論框架,以例證法和對比研究法為該論文的研究方法。論文中以《查泰來夫人的情人》兩個中譯本:饒述一譯本和黑馬譯本中有代表性的注釋作為例證,從注釋的范圍、詳略程度和作用來分析各自注釋的特點,通過對比研究來分析兩譯本中注釋的差異及其原因。研究從以下四個方面展開:首先,總結(jié)兩譯本注釋的特點并從所處意識形態(tài)的不同分析特點形成的原因;其次,從詩學(xué)的文內(nèi)因素和功能因素歸納兩譯本在目的語中扮演的角色和影響程度;然后,從論域中事物概念、風(fēng)俗習(xí)語方面分析譯者和讀者受目的語文化影響的程度;最后,從語言的語調(diào)和方言兩個顯著特點闡明兩譯本中注釋特點形成的原因。通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn),兩譯本注釋特點主要在于:饒述一譯本中注釋傾向于保留源語文化的特點,多采取異化的翻譯策略。黑馬譯本中注釋受目的語文化影響較大,更傾向于關(guān)心讀者的接受能力和該小說的暢銷性。其原因存在于四個方面:在意識形態(tài)方面,饒述一譯本到黑馬譯本實現(xiàn)了以愛國主義為主到開放包容的轉(zhuǎn)變;詩學(xué)方面,從以抒發(fā)愛國情懷的文學(xué)體裁為主到以讀者為中心的文學(xué)體裁盛行;在論域方面,兩譯者對源語和譯入語論域的重視程度逐漸加深以及在語言方面兩譯者不同的語內(nèi)策略使得譯本中注釋產(chǎn)生了不同特點。
