中國(guó)港口行業(yè)研究

【摘要】:港口是國(guó)家之間、城市之間重要的交通樞紐;旧显诂F(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)當(dāng)中,港口作業(yè)的興與衰明顯體現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的軌跡和特征。港口行業(yè)現(xiàn)在發(fā)展的較為成熟,目前區(qū)域差別越來越大。有不少專業(yè)學(xué)者為對(duì)港口經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行專業(yè)研究,本文嘗試著從國(guó)內(nèi)港口行業(yè)區(qū)域成長(zhǎng)差異中尋找最近這兩年的低洼價(jià)值存在區(qū)域。 本文先簡(jiǎn)單回顧了全球貿(mào)易下滑,港口行業(yè)這兩年的表現(xiàn)較為平淡,但是可以從全球各大港口的集裝箱吞吐量來看,增速兩極分化較為明顯,東南亞港口集裝箱增速明顯要好于北美和歐洲港口。從行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局來看未來港口行業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是突出體現(xiàn)港口的分工和差異化。然后借助全球形勢(shì)重點(diǎn)研究了我國(guó)港口行業(yè)這兩年的情況,總的來看經(jīng)濟(jì)放緩態(tài)勢(shì)制約貨物吞吐量增長(zhǎng),港口行業(yè)吞吐量增速整體回落但是特殊在煤炭進(jìn)口量大增推動(dòng)外貿(mào)吞吐量增長(zhǎng)。從各區(qū)域的貨物吞吐量增速來看,受到中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響,沿海三大港區(qū)的貨物吞吐量出現(xiàn)增速分化明顯的特征。通過分別剖析了國(guó)內(nèi)各個(gè)區(qū)域港口的特點(diǎn),發(fā)現(xiàn)成長(zhǎng)型與成熟型港口集裝箱化率差距明顯,上升空間較大。最后本后重點(diǎn)介紹了我國(guó)的幾個(gè)成長(zhǎng)型港口,珠三角、長(zhǎng)三角進(jìn)入強(qiáng)港時(shí)代,環(huán)渤海、北部灣地區(qū)步入大港時(shí)代,并進(jìn)行盈利預(yù)測(cè),得出投資價(jià)值結(jié)論。 本文綜合運(yùn)用對(duì)比法,邏輯法,舉例法等分析方法。對(duì)比分析法運(yùn)用較多,比如全球各個(gè)區(qū)域港口情況對(duì)比,國(guó)內(nèi)各個(gè)區(qū)域港口情況對(duì)比,成長(zhǎng)型與成熟型港口對(duì)比等;根據(jù)邏輯法形成了文章的整體思路,即先從全國(guó)各個(gè)港口的表現(xiàn)分析出成長(zhǎng)型港口,再在成長(zhǎng)型港口中分析出本文重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的港口,指出其具有成長(zhǎng)價(jià)值,然后盈利估值,從上至下,層層分析,逐步得出結(jié)論,這也是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:Ports are important transportation hubs between countries and cities.In the modern economy, the rise and fall of port operation clearly reflect the track and characteristics of economic operation.Port industry is now more mature development, the current regional differences are increasing.In order to study port economy, this paper tries to find the low-lying value region in the last two years from the regional growth difference of domestic port industry.This paper first briefly reviews the decline in global trade. The port industry has been relatively flat in the past two years, but from the point of view of the container throughput of the world's major ports, the growth rate is more polarized.Container growth in Southeast Asian ports is significantly better than in North America and Europe.The core competitiveness of the future port industry is to embody the division of labor and differentiation of the port.Then, with the help of the global situation, it focuses on the situation of China's port industry in the past two years. Generally speaking, the economic slowdown has restricted the growth of cargo throughput.Port industry throughput growth overall fell but especially in coal imports to promote foreign trade throughput growth.From the point of view of the growth rate of goods throughput in various regions, due to the impact of China's economic transformation and domestic industrial transfer, the cargo throughput of the three coastal port areas is marked by the differentiation of the growth rate.By analyzing the characteristics of the ports in different regions of China, it is found that the difference between the containerization rate of the growing port and the mature port is obvious, and the rising space is large.Finally, this paper introduces several growing ports, Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta into the era of strong port, the Bohai Sea, Beibu Gulf region into the era of big port, and the profit forecast, draw the conclusion of investment value.This article synthetically uses the contrast method, the logic method, the example method and so on analysis method.The comparative analysis method is widely used, such as the comparison of port situation in various regions of the world, the contrast of port situation in various regions of China, the contrast between growth-type port and mature port, etc. According to the logic method, the overall thinking of the article has been formed.That is to say, the growth port is analyzed from the performance of each port in the whole country, and then the port which this article focuses on in the growing port is analyzed, and it is pointed out that it has the growth value, then the profit valuation, from top to bottom, layer by layer analysis, draw the conclusion step by step.This is also the innovation of this paper.
