精益管理在深圳寶安國際機場中的應用研究

【摘要】:本文首先回顧了精益管理理論的研究進展,簡要介紹了機場管理理論的研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢,分析了精益管理理論產(chǎn)生的理論背景和現(xiàn)實背景,從實踐和理論方面詳細闡述了精益管理理論的內(nèi)涵。精益管理理論來源于汽車制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理實踐,經(jīng)過總結(jié)和提煉發(fā)展成為企業(yè)控制成本的有效理論。在以價格競爭為主導的市場競爭環(huán)境下,成本控制是企業(yè)管理的關(guān)鍵之一,企業(yè)利潤的高低主要取決于企業(yè)經(jīng)營成本的高低,因此企業(yè)的精益化管理是企業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。 由于機場管理與制造業(yè)企業(yè)管理的內(nèi)容有所不同,因此將精益化管理理論遷移到服務(wù)業(yè)中,如何具體化以質(zhì)量管理為主、安全管理為輔的機場管理精益化是本文試圖創(chuàng)新的出發(fā)點。通過回顧深圳寶安國際機場的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,從機場內(nèi)部管理、外部市場環(huán)境和行業(yè)發(fā)展這三方面分析了寶安國際機場精益化管理的必要性,,從公司治理情況、財務(wù)狀況和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢上研究了機場精益化管理的可行性。從必要性和可行性兩個方面綜合分析了精益化管理模式對寶安國際機場的適用性,探討了機場精益化管理的著力點和出發(fā)點。 結(jié)合精益化管理理論的內(nèi)在要求和深圳寶安國際機場的現(xiàn)實情況,本文提出了機場精益管理實踐的指導思想與原則,重點研究了機場精益化管理過程中的關(guān)鍵因素,總結(jié)出了實施機場實施精益化管理的主要措施。管理的過程就是信息傳遞的過程,而這一信息傳遞不僅包括內(nèi)部部門之間的信息傳遞,還包括機場和消費者之間的信息傳遞,因此機場管理信息化不但可以提高機場的內(nèi)部管理效率,同時也可以提高服務(wù)的便捷程度,增加業(yè)務(wù)量。精益化管理就是優(yōu)化管理和生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),從而節(jié)約成本,要實現(xiàn)機場管理的精益化,必然要從設(shè)計管理和生產(chǎn)的環(huán)節(jié)上入手,這與體系化管理的初衷一致,但由于機場業(yè)務(wù)的復雜性,需要將安全管理體系、質(zhì)量管理體系、環(huán)境管理體系和職業(yè)健康管理體系結(jié)合機場現(xiàn)狀有機聯(lián)系在一起,建設(shè)一體化管理體系;為了適應精益化管理的要求,提出了實施精益管理的主要措施。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper reviews the research progress of lean management theory, briefly introduces the present situation and development trend of airport management theory, and analyzes the theoretical background and realistic background of lean management theory.The connotation of lean management theory is expounded in detail from the aspects of practice and theory.Lean management theory comes from the production management practice of automobile manufacturing industry, and it has been developed into an effective theory of cost control through summing up and refining.In the market competition environment dominated by price competition, cost control is one of the keys of enterprise management, and the level of enterprise profit mainly depends on the level of enterprise operating cost, so lean management is the only way for enterprise development.Because the contents of airport management and manufacturing enterprise management are different, the lean management theory is transferred to the service industry.The lean airport management supplemented by safety management is the starting point of this paper.By reviewing the development course and present situation of Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, this paper analyzes the necessity of lean management of Baoan International Airport from three aspects of airport internal management, external market environment and industry development.The feasibility of lean management of airport is studied in terms of financial situation and location advantage.The applicability of lean management model to Baoan International Airport is analyzed comprehensively from two aspects of necessity and feasibility, and the focus and starting point of lean management of airport are discussed.Combined with the inherent requirements of lean management theory and the reality of Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, this paper puts forward the guiding ideology and principles of airport lean management practice, and focuses on the key factors in the process of airport lean management.The main measures of implementing lean management of airport are summarized.The process of management is the process of information transmission, which includes not only the transmission of information between internal departments, but also between airports and consumers.Therefore, airport management information can not only improve the efficiency of airport internal management, but also improve the convenience of service and increase the volume of business.Lean management is to optimize management and production system, thus saving costs. In order to realize the lean management of airport, it is necessary to start with the design management and production links, which is consistent with the original intention of systematized management.However, due to the complexity of airport business, it is necessary to combine the safety management system, quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health management system with the status quo of the airport to build an integrated management system.In order to meet the requirement of lean management, the main measures of implementing lean management are put forward.
