溫州電臺廣播節(jié)目考評系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 廣播行業(yè)為了提高自身的市場競爭力,就必須提升廣播節(jié)目的質(zhì)量。而建立有效的廣播節(jié)目考評體系正是提高節(jié)目質(zhì)量的重要手段。傳統(tǒng)方式的廣播節(jié)目考評,一般都沒有借助計算機網(wǎng)絡技術的支持,故此難以對廣播節(jié)目進行長期的大面積的定量分析與考評。因為缺乏足夠的節(jié)目考評數(shù)據(jù),對節(jié)目的考評就會僅僅憑聽眾的來信、來電和短信,或者上級領導的個人喜好對節(jié)目進行“憑印象”的方式推斷出節(jié)目的質(zhì)量,難以得出客觀的節(jié)目考評結果,進而對節(jié)目人員的績效考核、收聽率市場、廣告市場,甚至廣播電臺整體節(jié)目的改革推進等帶來一系列不利的影響。 根據(jù)目前國內(nèi)外廣播行業(yè)在節(jié)目質(zhì)量評審的需求,在網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)基礎上,設計出一個內(nèi)部局域網(wǎng)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)都適用的廣播節(jié)目考評系統(tǒng)。主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)在對節(jié)目考評系統(tǒng)技術分析的基礎上,結合國內(nèi)音頻制播系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,提出廣播節(jié)目考評系統(tǒng)采用C/S及B/S結合的結構。 (2)根據(jù)解決技術策略,在MS SQL2005基礎上設計廣播節(jié)目考評系統(tǒng)方案,結合軟件工程管理的理論和方法,通過Delphi和ASP開發(fā)工具,分別完成C/S和B/S結構的功能實現(xiàn)。 (3)對系統(tǒng)的定義階段、開發(fā)階段、使用階段進行記錄和研究。通過現(xiàn)實的資料收集,完成對系統(tǒng)的應用和功效進行分析與評價。 目前,系統(tǒng)投入運行后,有力地支撐了廣播節(jié)目的考評作用,使溫州電臺的廣播節(jié)目水平穩(wěn)步上升,收聽率與市場占有率一直處在浙江省內(nèi)的兄弟電臺的前列。
[Abstract]:The broadcasting industry in order to improve their market competitiveness, we must improve the quality of broadcast programs. And the establishment of radio program evaluation system effectively is an important means to improve the quality of programs. The traditional way of broadcasting program evaluation, generally without the aid of the computer network technology support, it is difficult to make quantitative analysis and evaluation of broadcast programs in large area long. Because of the lack of sufficient data for program evaluation, program evaluation will just by listeners, call and SMS, or the personal preferences of the leadership of the "quality by impression" approach to infer the program of the program, so it is difficult to obtain program evaluation results objectively, then the program staff performance appraisal listen to the market rate, the advertising market, the reform of the overall program to promote the radio and even brought a series of adverse effects.
According to the needs of the broadcast quality evaluation at home and abroad, a radio program evaluation system is designed based on the network system, which is suitable for both the internal LAN and the Internet.
(1) based on the analysis of program evaluation system technology, combined with the status quo of the domestic audio broadcast system, broadcast program evaluation system structure is put forward with the combination of C/S and B/S.
(2) according to the technical strategy, we design the broadcast program evaluation system based on MS SQL2005. Combined with the theory and method of software engineering management, we finish the function realization of C/S and B/S structure respectively through Delphi and ASP development tools.
(3) record and research the definition stage, development stage and application stage of the system. Through actual data collection, we can analyze and evaluate the application and efficacy of the system.
At present, when the system is put into operation, it effectively supports the evaluation function of radio programs. The radio program level of Wenzhou radio has increased steadily, and the listening rate and market share have been at the forefront of the brothers' radio stations in Zhejiang province.
