【摘要】: 電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè),特別是汽車電子行業(yè),面臨著日益激烈的市場競爭。越來越多的汽車客戶要求零缺陷(Zero Defects)質(zhì)量。質(zhì)量的不斷提高是成為生意繼續(xù)往來的一個關(guān)鍵因素。工業(yè)調(diào)查顯示汽車電子消費者是基于產(chǎn)品整體質(zhì)量來購買產(chǎn)品的。有著良好質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)的制造商們贏得了不斷增加的市場份額。 在當今這樣的的工業(yè)環(huán)境下以及汽車本身的高安全性高可靠性的要求下,零缺陷不再是一個“華美”的廣告修飾詞語!傲闳毕荨背蔀槠囯娮涌蛻魧|(zhì)量的基本要求。零缺陷就是真正完全為零的缺陷品退回。所以,零缺陷的實現(xiàn)方法成為越來越多的汽車電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)計制造商探索和研究的課題。 在過去的很多年中,很多企業(yè)推行TQM(全面質(zhì)量管理)方法。該方法在實現(xiàn)過程當中得到了全體管理層有力支持,資源的大量投入,生產(chǎn)流程被有力的規(guī)范和審查,生產(chǎn)團隊得到了有效的培訓(xùn),然而所收到的效果并不是完全令人滿意。而且不能達到客戶不斷強調(diào)的完全為零的缺陷的質(zhì)量目標。 零缺陷的方法區(qū)別與以往的質(zhì)量提高方法之根本就是在于它強調(diào)主動預(yù)防性和前攝性,也就是說它的實現(xiàn)不僅僅依靠在產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)實現(xiàn)過程當中,零缺陷同時也延伸到更重要的一部分就是從產(chǎn)品的最起始點,產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計,開始。零缺陷方法涵蓋了制造過程中的可實現(xiàn)行(DFT: Design for Manufacturing),可測試行(Design for Test),并且不斷提升各種有可靠性考量的篩除方法,以期有效的避免或是剔除有潛在失效的產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)生和流出。確?蛻羰盏胶褪褂昧闳毕莓a(chǎn)品。 本論文對零缺陷戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)的方法進行了深入研究。在本論文中首先概述了零缺陷在汽車電子產(chǎn)品的重要性。然后闡述了如何將零缺陷實現(xiàn)方法有效的運用在汽車電子產(chǎn)品中,從設(shè)計實現(xiàn)到產(chǎn)品的制造以及最終的測試的整個產(chǎn)品過程當中。本文涉及兩個重要環(huán)節(jié):第一是在產(chǎn)品測試設(shè)計中如何達成零缺陷。第二是在設(shè)計和制造環(huán)節(jié)中有效的使用FMEA工具確保零缺陷的工藝。 本人任職于半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)質(zhì)量改善工作十六年,包含新產(chǎn)品的實現(xiàn),制造過程的改善,測試技術(shù)的提高。本論文以產(chǎn)品HC908GZ60的零缺陷質(zhì)量改善項目為線索進行闡述。通過該項目此產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量改善取得了良好的結(jié)果-達到了零缺陷的質(zhì)量水平并贏得了訂單的穩(wěn)步增長。在本論文的最后簡述了零缺陷項目的推廣和展望。 本論文追求研究的先進性,針對性,實用性和可操作性,力求對現(xiàn)有的企業(yè)產(chǎn)品有實際的幫助。
[Abstract]:The electronics industry, especially the automotive electronics industry, In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, more and more automobile customers demand zero defects) quality. Increasing quality is a key factor in continuing business. Industrial surveys show that automotive electronics consumers are. A manufacturer who buys a product based on its overall quality. Manufacturers with good quality performance have won a growing market share. "zero defect" has become a basic requirement for quality by automotive electronic customers. Zero defect is a true zero defect returned. The realization of zero-defect has become a research topic for more and more automotive electronic product design manufacturers. In the past many years, many enterprises have implemented the TQM (Total quality Management) method, which has been supported by all the management, invested a lot of resources, and the production process has been regulated and reviewed. The production team was effectively trained, but the results were not entirely satisfactory and failed to meet the customer's constantly stressed quality goal of completely zero defects. The fundamental reason why the zero-defect method distinguishes itself from the previous methods of quality improvement is that it emphasizes proactive and proactive, which means that its realization depends not only on the production process of the product, but also on its proactiveness. Zero defects also extend to a more important part of the product design from the very beginning of the product. Start. The zero-defect method covers implementable DFT: Design for manufacturing in the manufacturing process, tests the design for test, and continuously improves various reliability considerations for screening, To effectively avoid or eliminate the potential failure of the production and outflow of products to ensure that customers receive and use zero-defect products. In this paper, the importance of zero defect in automotive electronic products is first summarized. Then, how to effectively apply zero defect realization method in automotive electronic products is discussed. There are two important links in this paper: first, how to achieve zero defect in product test design; second, how to achieve zero defect in design and manufacture. Effective use of FMEA tools to ensure zero-defect processes. I have worked in the semiconductor industry for 16 years to improve quality, including the realization of new products, manufacturing process improvement, The improvement of testing technology.
