【摘要】：廣東南方報(bào)業(yè)新視界傳媒有限公司是南方日?qǐng)?bào)控股子公司,于2009年在廣州戶(hù)外LED單點(diǎn)試播取得初步效益,為了進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)占有率,增加戶(hù)外LED屏數(shù)量,通過(guò)廣新信息公司打造的高端IT技術(shù)后臺(tái)支持,將單個(gè)LED顯示屏組成網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)LED多終端多區(qū)域聯(lián)網(wǎng)同步輸出以及內(nèi)容實(shí)時(shí)更新的效果,打造集商業(yè)廣告和政府公益廣告于一體的LED聯(lián)播網(wǎng),由廣新信息公司、南方報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)、廣州越秀企業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司等合作共同建設(shè)LED聯(lián)播網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),達(dá)到共贏。本文主要研究視頻聯(lián)播系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。視頻聯(lián)播系統(tǒng)是為實(shí)現(xiàn)戶(hù)外資訊及廣告聯(lián)網(wǎng)實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)播而進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)的一個(gè)多媒體信息聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)布與LED大屏播放管理的平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)。從應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)層面看該系統(tǒng)包括:媒體資源管理系統(tǒng)、媒體資源內(nèi)容發(fā)布管理平臺(tái)、媒體播放策略管理、LED聯(lián)播集控平臺(tái)以及媒體播放終端等幾大模塊。系統(tǒng)提供完善的媒體節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容的發(fā)布及播放控制管理,能根據(jù)節(jié)目的播放要求進(jìn)行播表進(jìn)行自動(dòng)生成等智能化的播表管理功能,支持插播功能及屏保控制等特殊播放控制和多種多樣的播放策略的要求,為L(zhǎng)ED聯(lián)播網(wǎng)的安全控制與集中管理工作帶來(lái)安全性、高效性和便利性,提高播放安全性和工作效率。視頻聯(lián)播系統(tǒng)的廣告聯(lián)播信息可以做到分時(shí),分段,分區(qū)聯(lián)網(wǎng)播放;該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)對(duì)語(yǔ)音、視頻多媒體進(jìn)行處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程多點(diǎn)分布式播放、內(nèi)容實(shí)時(shí)同步和集中控制;通過(guò)在內(nèi)容制作審核、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和媒體播放環(huán)節(jié)采取不同的技術(shù)手段確保播放內(nèi)容的完整性、真實(shí)性和不可否認(rèn)性,實(shí)現(xiàn)從媒體上傳到最終播出的過(guò)程安全。平臺(tái)采用多層次體系結(jié)構(gòu),保證體系結(jié)構(gòu)的先進(jìn)性、穩(wěn)定性和可維護(hù)性,同時(shí)充分理解用戶(hù)的需求,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)需求進(jìn)行整合分析,再利用先進(jìn)的數(shù)據(jù)建模的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì),保證整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的有機(jī)完整。文章除了研究視頻聯(lián)播系統(tǒng)的分析設(shè)計(jì)外,還對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)視頻聯(lián)播系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用作了簡(jiǎn)單比較;并對(duì)視頻聯(lián)播系統(tǒng)以后在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了初步的設(shè)想。

It can bring security, high efficiency and convenience for the security control and centralized management of LED network. Sub-area network play; The system processes voice and video multimedia through the Internet system, realizes remote multi-point distributed play, real-time synchronization and centralized control of content. Through the content production audit, data transmission and media play link to take different technical means to ensure the integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation of the content. The platform adopts multi-level architecture to ensure the advanced nature, stability and maintainability of the architecture, and fully understand the needs of users. On this basis, the requirements of the integration analysis, and then use advanced data modeling method to standardize the design of the system to ensure the organic integrity of the whole system. In addition to the study of the analysis and design of video broadcast system. The application of domestic video co-broadcasting system is also compared.
