[Abstract] Through the analysis of the status quo of the current hospital medical service, this paper points out the problems existing in the process of the implementation of current medical service hospital, and analyze the current mechanism for services and service quality feedback in place of doctor-patient dispute, as well as the challenges faced by the hospital treatment disputes predicament and its influence on the long-term development of the hospital, and to adopt PDCA to enclosed the quality of service system and framework structure involved the functions and tasks of each management link made clear, put forward the concrete design ideas, to improve the level of hospital management to improve hospital information feedback, and promote the doctor-patient communication of both sides, reduce the incidence of medical disputes has practical significance.
