中小學(xué)英語教師科研能力現(xiàn)狀分析——基于在職教育碩士學(xué)位論文

世界教師教育發(fā)展的一個主要趨勢就是重視教師科研能力的培養(yǎng)。2012年,我國教育部分別頒布了《義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2011年版)》,《“國培計劃”課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》,《小學(xué)教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》和《中學(xué)教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》,對中小學(xué)英語教師的科研能力提出了新的要求。中小學(xué)英語教師科研能力的發(fā)展,既是教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的要求,也是新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的需要,同時又是當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展對英語教師提出的新要求。中小學(xué)英語教師從事科學(xué)研究既是“教師專業(yè)成長的途徑,也是培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)教師專業(yè)成長和我國基礎(chǔ)教育改革需要的中小學(xué)教師(蘇峻,2007)!睂W(xué)位論文是在職教育碩士對基礎(chǔ)知識、專業(yè)技能以及創(chuàng)新能力綜合運用的結(jié)果,是科研能力的集中體現(xiàn)。 本研究從全國16所師范院校2009-2011年的教育碩士學(xué)位論文中隨即抽取了100篇,對其選題、正文以及論文引文等相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行統(tǒng)計,進而分析、研究在職中小學(xué)英語教師的科研能力的水平。與此同時,本研究以問卷的方法調(diào)查了在職中小學(xué)英語教師科研能力結(jié)構(gòu)要素的現(xiàn)狀,以及他們進行科學(xué)研究時遇到的問題和困難,旨在了解中小學(xué)英語教師的科研能力現(xiàn)狀及影響中小學(xué)英語教師進行科學(xué)研究的原因...
