中美大學生同題寫作中類/形符比對比研究

  類符和形符頻率因其能有效地從使用中反映語言使用者的水平和特點,對語言學習發(fā)揮著至關重要的作用,歷來是語言學界研究的熱點,吸引了國內外學者廣泛的討論。國內外當前實證研究主要集中探討中介語寫作中某一特定語言現(xiàn)象的類符和形符頻率效應或僅考察中介語類/形符水平,鮮有研究在同題條件下對中介語寫作與母語寫作中類/形符比存在差異的因素進行全面定性定量研究。本研究選取ICNALE(亞洲英語學習者國際語料庫)中的中美大學生同題作文作為語料來源,在基于使用的語言理論框架中,比較中美學生在書面語中的詞匯多樣性的使用情況,探討類/形符比在不同詞類中的分布特點,分析導致類/形符比產生差異的可能因素。經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)分析,本文研究結果如下:首先,中美大學生同題作文類/形符比的比較結果說明在詞匯多樣性方面,兩者存在顯著性差異。相較于本族語者,在詞匯多樣性方面中國學生確實有所不足,傾向于重復使用某一詞匯。其次,各個詞類的類/形符比分布證明顯著性差異主要存在于代詞、介詞、連詞、副詞、和動詞這幾大詞類上。在使用這些詞類的高頻類符方面,中國學生更傾向過度重復使用掌握熟練的詞匯以及寫作話題的關鍵詞,其中包括虛化動詞的高頻使用。此外,...
