　　本文為一篇翻譯項目報告。翻譯項目的原文為《神經癥與人的成長》（節(jié)選）,作者是凱倫·霍妮�！渡窠洶Y與人的成長》一書系統(tǒng)性批判了弗洛伊德理論,并闡述了新一派的神經分析學理論。由于本次翻譯項目面向的對象是廣大中國讀者,為了讓中國讀者更為客觀準確地了解凱倫霍妮對于神經學理論的研究,筆者運用弗米爾所提出的翻譯目的論,指導本次的項目翻譯。且對醫(yī)學文本的翻譯特點和技巧進行初步研究和探索,并通過理論來指導解決源文本中攜帶大量專業(yè)術語這一難點的翻譯,從而選擇轉換、改變語態(tài)、增譯與省譯、意譯、分譯與合譯的翻譯技巧和方法進行翻譯。本次翻譯實踐秉承達到提升公民醫(yī)學素養(yǎng)的翻譯目的,盡量使譯文保持連貫性和忠實性,使譯文讀者理解更佳,以讀懂譯文。本報告分為五大部分,第一部分是翻譯項目介紹;第二部分是翻譯過程綜述;第三部分是介紹翻譯目的論;第四部分是理論指導下的案例分析,具體分析在翻譯目的論的指導下,在翻譯專業(yè)術語云集的醫(yī)學專業(yè)文本中所運用不同翻譯技巧和方法解決問題;第五部分是對此次翻譯實踐中所獲啟示和不足的總結。
