【摘要】：一直以來,be going to結(jié)構(gòu)作為將來時間的表達(dá)方式備受國內(nèi)外眾多語言學(xué)家關(guān)注。由于受到英語語法發(fā)展歷史的影響,當(dāng)前大多數(shù)學(xué)者僅從教學(xué)語法、語義學(xué)或認(rèn)知等單一視角對其進(jìn)行研究,卻忽略了語用因素。近些年來隨著語用學(xué)理論的迅速發(fā)展,對英語將來時助動詞的研究也逐漸趨向于從多角度出發(fā)對其意義進(jìn)行解釋。因此,本論文試圖將語用機(jī)制與傳統(tǒng)意義融合,從語言動態(tài)發(fā)展的視角出發(fā),同時運(yùn)用默認(rèn)語義學(xué)模式對be going to結(jié)構(gòu)的語義-語用界面意義做出合理的解釋。通過分析be going to結(jié)構(gòu)在古英語、中古英語、現(xiàn)代英語以及當(dāng)代英語這四個歷史時期內(nèi),其語義意義、語用情態(tài)意義的演變。同時運(yùn)用默認(rèn)語義學(xué)模式為be going to結(jié)構(gòu)語法化過程的不同階段內(nèi)的意義分別提供了統(tǒng)一的解釋,填補(bǔ)了以往對be going to結(jié)構(gòu)研究中缺乏一個整體意義解釋的空白。最終得出be going to結(jié)構(gòu)的意義中不存在語義與語用意義或者將來時與情態(tài)意義之間的明確劃分,其意義應(yīng)為毫無模糊性的并和表征。
[Abstract]:As a way of expressing time in the future, the structure of be going to has been concerned by many linguists at home and abroad. Due to the influence of the history of English grammar, most scholars study English grammar from a single perspective, such as teaching grammar, semantics or cognition, but ignore the pragmatic factors. In recent years, with the rapid development of pragmatic theory, the study of English futuristic auxiliary verbs tends to explain its meaning from various angles. Therefore, this thesis attempts to combine the pragmatic mechanism with traditional meaning, from the perspective of language dynamic development, at the same time, using the default semantics model to make a reasonable explanation of the semantic and pragmatic interface meaning of be going to structure. This paper analyzes the evolution of the semantic meaning and pragmatic modal meaning of be going to structure in four historical periods: ancient English, Middle English, Modern English and Contemporary English. At the same time, the default semantics model is used to provide a unified explanation for the meanings in different stages of the grammaticalization of be going to structure, thus filling the gap in the previous researches on the be going to structure that there is no overall meaning explanation. Finally, it is concluded that there is no clear division between semantic and pragmatic meaning or between future tense and modal meaning in the meaning of be going to structure.
