CASA公司出口業(yè)務(wù)社會責(zé)任挑戰(zhàn)與對策案例研究

新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)認(rèn)為,企業(yè)存在的目的就是提供能夠產(chǎn)生利潤的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù),并為其股東將利潤最大化,企業(yè)僅需向股東負(fù)責(zé)而并非對社會負(fù)責(zé)。然而在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,伴隨著跨國公司的快速發(fā)展,這一傳統(tǒng)觀念已發(fā)生改變,因?yàn)槠髽I(yè)社會責(zé)任已成為國際貿(mào)易的一個基本條件。自從SA8000、BSCI、Sedex、EICC等有代表性的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在一定程度上阻礙著中國貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,尤其是以勞動密集型產(chǎn)品為主的中小型企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,突破商業(yè)倫理帶來的挑戰(zhàn)并積極有效地履行社會責(zé)任尤為重要。本文以企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合卡羅爾四層金字塔社會責(zé)任模型、戰(zhàn)略型社會責(zé)任理論,采用案例分析法,針對CASA公司在出口中所遇到的社會責(zé)任挑戰(zhàn),深入調(diào)查研究,旨在解決社會責(zé)任困境,增強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理,完善建立企業(yè)長期性質(zhì)的戰(zhàn)略型企業(yè)社會責(zé)任體制。CASA所遇到的社會責(zé)任挑戰(zhàn)主要來自:(1)出口競爭環(huán)境因素;(2)企業(yè)架構(gòu)因素及管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)因素;(3)員工權(quán)益因素;(4)內(nèi)部監(jiān)督環(huán)境因素;(5)慈善因素。本文結(jié)合CASA遇到的社會責(zé)任挑戰(zhàn)具體表現(xiàn),通過研究得出CASA社會責(zé)任體系建設(shè)的改進(jìn)策略,具體包括:(1)樹立企業(yè)社會責(zé)任...
