【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程不斷加速,城市的面貌發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,城市公共交通配套設(shè)施也有了較大的發(fā)展。但城市人口的急速增加,原有的交通配套設(shè)施越顯不足,交通壓力日漸顯現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重制約了城市的發(fā)展和影響了人民生活質(zhì)量的提高。目前城市管理者面前面臨的迫在眉睫的任務(wù),是如何合理配置城市公共交通建設(shè)投入,優(yōu)化交通資源規(guī)劃。 智能交通系統(tǒng)是智慧城市的重要組成部分,而公交系統(tǒng)的管理和規(guī)劃更是與智能交通緊密相連。公交系統(tǒng)的運營和管理需要準(zhǔn)確的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),但目前的人工調(diào)查手段無法滿足其全范圍、全天候的數(shù)據(jù)采集調(diào)查分析的需要,制定符合企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展需求的規(guī)劃更無從談起。 針對目前公交客流檢測手段落后的問題,,本文提出了以視頻內(nèi)容分析為手段,研究適合公交運行環(huán)境的客流統(tǒng)計圖像處理算法,并初步探討了公交客流統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,包括公交客流統(tǒng)計設(shè)備的研制與公交客流統(tǒng)計平臺軟件的開發(fā)。在進(jìn)行算法研究時,對目前主流的目標(biāo)識別與目標(biāo)跟蹤算法均做了研究,并在吸收其優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上提出了滿足嵌入式運行環(huán)境下的公交客流檢測算法,并對檢測算法做了室內(nèi)模擬環(huán)境測試。從設(shè)備選型、系統(tǒng)定制、硬件驅(qū)動開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲優(yōu)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)榷喾矫鎸贏RM嵌入式的公交客流設(shè)備研制工作進(jìn)行了完善。在進(jìn)行中心平臺軟件開發(fā)時,也對數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)陌踩、公交客流統(tǒng)計業(yè)務(wù)等多方面需求做出了調(diào)研并開展開發(fā)工作。 通過構(gòu)建基于視頻的公交客流統(tǒng)計分析系統(tǒng),不間斷的對公交客流數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行精確采集和分析,可以掌握各線路的公交客流量變化,對公交布局及車輛調(diào)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,為提高公交運營管理、公交規(guī)劃設(shè)計提供準(zhǔn)確的決策依據(jù),進(jìn)而推動智能公交的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the urbanization process is accelerating, happened to turn the world upside down changes in the face of the city, city public transportation facilities have considerable development. But the city population increases rapidly, the original traffic facilities is insufficient, traffic pressure gradually emerged, seriously hampered the development of the city and influence the people's quality of life. In front of the current city managers facing imminent task, how rational allocation of investment in the city public transportation construction, optimization of traffic resources planning.
Intelligent transportation system is an important part of the wisdom of the city, and the management and planning of public transportation system is closely linked with the intelligent transportation. Operation and management need accurate statistical data of the public transport system, but the current artificial investigation methods cannot satisfy the needs of the full range of data collection, investigation of all-weather, in line with the development of enterprises the needs of the development of planning more impossible.
Aiming at the bus passenger flow detection means backward, according to the video content analysis, traffic statistics image processing algorithm for bus operation environment, and discusses the construction of transit passenger flow statistics system, including the development of software development and transit bus passenger flow statistics statistics platform equipment. When studying algorithm at present, the target identification and tracking algorithm are the mainstream of doing research, and put forward to meet the passenger flow detection algorithm for embedded operating environment based on absorbing the advantages, and the detection algorithm of indoor simulation test environment. From the selection of equipment, system customization, hardware driver development, data storage optimization, network transmission and other aspects of the development of transit equipment based on ARM embedded system was improved. In the center of software development platform, but also on the data The security of transmission, bus passenger traffic statistics and many other requirements have been investigated and developed.
Through the analysis of the construction of system of passenger flow statistics based on video, uninterrupted precision acquisition and analysis of passenger data, can take the bus traffic changes of each line, the bus layout and vehicle scheduling optimization, in order to improve the public transport management, public transportation planning to provide accurate decision for design, and promote the construction and development of intelligent bus.
