【摘要】：大跨徑斜拉橋的修建推動了施工技術(shù)及結(jié)構(gòu)分析設(shè)計理論的快速發(fā)展，同時也使得現(xiàn)代大跨徑斜拉橋的施工監(jiān)控問題成為一個重要的研究課題。 斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控就是通過控制施工過程中和成橋狀態(tài)時結(jié)構(gòu)的線形和內(nèi)力，以使斜拉橋的成橋狀態(tài)充分滿足設(shè)計期望。本文以天津南倉斜拉橋橋工程施工監(jiān)控為背景，主要介紹了施工監(jiān)控中施工狀態(tài)的計算以及狀態(tài)變量量測中的應(yīng)力測量。 施工狀態(tài)的計算就是通過建立合理的計算模型，采取切實有效的結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法,對橋梁的施工過程和成橋狀態(tài)進行精確的模擬分析過程，本文通過建立天津南倉斜拉橋的平面計算模型，首先分析了該橋在合理成橋索力作用下主梁結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力狀態(tài)，，然后根據(jù)該橋的施工特點進行了施工過程仿真分析，由于該橋為跨越鐵路線的城市立交，大噸位、多步驟的梁段壓重施工難度大，施工工期長，而且很容易影響橋下鐵路的通行，所以本文提出了采取調(diào)索的辦法取消原設(shè)計施工方案梁段壓重的優(yōu)化方案，達到了減小工作難度，縮短施工工期的目的，此外本文還對大體積承臺混凝土施工溫度進行了有限元分析和監(jiān)測技術(shù)研究。
[Abstract]:The construction of large - span cable - stayed bridge promotes the rapid development of construction technology and structural analysis design theory , and also makes the construction monitoring of modern large - span cable - stayed bridge an important research topic . The construction monitoring of cable - stayed bridge is by controlling the linear and internal forces of the structure during the construction process and in the bridge , so as to fully meet the design expectation . In this paper , based on the construction monitoring of the cable - stayed bridge of Tianjin Nanfang Bridge , this paper mainly introduces the calculation of the construction status in the construction monitoring and the stress measurement in the state variable measurement . The calculation of the construction status is to establish a reasonable calculation model , to take effective structural analysis methods , to accurately simulate the bridge construction process and the bridge - forming state , and to analyze the construction process simulation based on the construction characteristics of the bridge .
