【摘要】：住房公積金主要目的之一是用于城鎮(zhèn)居民自住房屋消費(fèi)的貸款,解決居民自住房屋的資金問(wèn)題。在實(shí)踐中,大量的住房公積金資金被閑置或者用在個(gè)人消費(fèi)貸款以外的方面,住房公積金實(shí)際用于個(gè)人消費(fèi)方面的使用率低下。本文建議國(guó)家通過(guò)權(quán)力機(jī)關(guān)立法、擴(kuò)大住房公積金個(gè)人消費(fèi)貸款對(duì)象覆蓋范圍以及調(diào)整住房公積金個(gè)人消費(fèi)貸款條件,完善我國(guó)住房公積金個(gè)人消費(fèi)信貸制度。
[Abstract]:One of the main purposes of housing provident fund is to use loans for urban residents to live in their own housing, and to solve the problem of funds for residents to live in their own housing. In practice, a large number of housing provident fund funds are idle or used in addition to personal consumption loans, the actual use of housing provident fund for personal consumption is low. This paper suggests that the state should extend the coverage of individual consumption loans of housing provident fund and adjust the conditions of personal consumption loan of housing provident fund through the legislation of power organs, so as to perfect the personal consumption credit system of housing provident fund in our country.
