【摘要】：正投資要點:1、自由優(yōu)質(zhì)物業(yè)估值偏低。2、保險資金增持潮有望來臨。A股上市零售企業(yè)估值普遍偏低。從全球市場歷史漲幅角度看,消費類個股漲幅是最高的兩個板塊之一,但目前A股上市商業(yè)零售公司卻普遍存在估值偏低的現(xiàn)象,究其原因主要有兩點:1)零售企業(yè)普遍擁有大量自有物業(yè),包括商場、購物中心等,其中百貨子行業(yè)傳承了大量城市核心商圈

The A-share listed retail companies are generally undervalued. From the point of view of the historical increase in the global market, consumer stocks are one of the highest two sectors, but at present, there is a widespread undervaluation of A-shares listed commercial retail companies. The main reasons are as follows: 1) Retail enterprises generally own a large number of their own properties, including shopping malls, and so on, among which the department stores inherit a large number of urban core commercial circles.
