【摘要】：正根據(jù)中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)指數(shù)系統(tǒng)百城價(jià)格指數(shù)對(duì)100個(gè)城市新建住宅的全樣本調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),9月,全國(guó)100個(gè)城市(新建)住宅平均價(jià)格為10817元/平方米,環(huán)比上漲0.28%,漲幅較8月收窄0.67個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。從漲跌城市數(shù)量看,59個(gè)城市環(huán)比上漲,41個(gè)城市環(huán)比下跌。與8月相比,9月價(jià)格環(huán)比上漲的城市數(shù)量增加8個(gè),其中漲幅在1.00%以上的城市有24個(gè),較8月增加10個(gè);環(huán)比下跌的城市數(shù)量減少8個(gè),其中跌幅在1.00%以上的城市有13個(gè),較8月增加6個(gè)。全國(guó)100個(gè)城市(新建)住宅均價(jià)同比上漲1.36%,漲幅較8月擴(kuò)大1.21
[Abstract]:In September, the average price of new homes in 100 cities across the country was 10817 yuan per square meter, up 0.28 percent from the previous month, according to a full sample survey of newly built housing in 100 cities based on China's real estate index system, the 100-city price index. The gain narrowed by 0.67 percentage points from August. In terms of the number of cities up and down, 59 cities rose from the month-on-month and 41 cities rose from the month-on-month decline. Compared with August, the number of cities where prices rose in September from the month-on-month increase was 8, with 24 cities with an increase of more than 1.00% and 10 more than in August; The number of cities down from the month-on-month was down by eight, with 13 cities falling more than 1,000 percent, up six from August.
