【摘要】：近幾年外資對我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的影響越來越大，幾種重要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品甚至已經(jīng)被外資控制了整條產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。這種情勢提醒我們研究外資對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的影響機理的必要性�；趯ξ覈r(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的分析，，本文將系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)及農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的分析，通過vensim軟件，分析農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)各個環(huán)節(jié)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)，以及因果反饋機制和流程。進(jìn)一步建立了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)仿真模型，然后根據(jù)所作的模型分析農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題。另一方面,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論,分析外資對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的影響機理，并且實證分析了外資進(jìn)入對我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的影響。最后針對我國的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全問題，吸取國外農(nóng)業(yè)管理的經(jīng)驗，提出一些加強國內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)管理以及完善我國外資政策的相關(guān)建議。 本文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個方面：（1）從產(chǎn)業(yè)安全角度分析農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)各個環(huán)節(jié)的現(xiàn)狀，以及外資在我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)中的影響情況。從中總結(jié)出我國農(nóng)業(yè)存在的問題。（2）用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論分析農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)問題，做出農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)圖及進(jìn)行因果反饋機制分析,建立農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)仿真模型。另外進(jìn)一步運用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)分析了外資對我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的影響機理。（3）外資進(jìn)入影響我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的實證研究。（4）借鑒國外發(fā)達(dá)國家農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全管理政策，針對我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)以及存在的問題，提出加強我國農(nóng)業(yè)安全管理的政策建議以及農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的外資政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the influence of foreign capital on agricultural production has become more and more great, and several important agricultural products have even been controlled by foreign investment in the whole industrial chain. This situation reminds us of the necessity of studying the influence mechanism of foreign investment on agricultural industry safety. Based on the analysis of the present situation of agricultural industry in China, this paper applies the theory of system dynamics to the analysis of agricultural industry and agricultural industry safety. By means of vensim software, the system structure, causality feedback mechanism and process of each link of agricultural industry are analyzed. The system dynamics simulation model of agricultural industry is further established, and then the problems existing in agricultural development are analyzed according to the model. On the other hand, according to the theory of system dynamics, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of foreign capital on the safety of agricultural industry, and empirically analyzes the influence of foreign capital entry on the safety of agricultural industry in China. Finally, aiming at the problem of agricultural industry safety in our country, this paper draws on the experience of foreign agricultural management, and puts forward some relevant suggestions on strengthening domestic agricultural management and perfecting the foreign capital policy of our country. The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects: (1) from the angle of industrial safety, this paper analyzes the current situation of each link of agricultural production and the influence of foreign capital in China's agricultural industry. The existing problems of agriculture in China are summarized. (2) the agricultural industry problems are analyzed by system dynamics theory, the agricultural industry structure diagram and causal feedback mechanism are analyzed, and the system dynamics simulation model of agricultural industry is established. In addition, the influence mechanism of foreign capital on agricultural industry safety is analyzed by system dynamics. (3) empirical research on the influence of foreign capital entry on agricultural industry safety in China. (4) drawing lessons from the agricultural industry safety management policy of developed countries. In view of the weakness of agricultural production in China and the existing problems, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on strengthening agricultural safety management and foreign investment policy in agricultural field.
