【摘要】：重慶市首批公租房上市配租時遭受到市場冷遇。為此市政府降低了公租房的準(zhǔn)入門檻,取消了收入限制的申請條件。該研究通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集和實地調(diào)研的方式獲得信息,對重慶市公租房當(dāng)前的配租現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析;并結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查的方式得出影響公租房配租效率的不利因素,并通過SPSS軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深度挖掘,揭示了不同影響因素對不同的"夾心層"細(xì)分群體影響作用的差異。最后,綜合實證調(diào)研、問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)論,針對性地提出了提高重慶市公租房配租效率的措施和建議,指出了未來公租房規(guī)劃建設(shè)與配租運營的過程中應(yīng)該注意的一些問題。
[Abstract]:The first public rental housing market in Chongqing when the allocation of rent by the market cold reception. To this end, the municipal government lowered the threshold of access to public rental housing, the removal of income restrictions on the application conditions. This research through the network collection and field investigation way obtains the information, carries on the analysis to the Chongqing public rental housing present situation; The unfavorable factors influencing the efficiency of rent allocation in public rental housing are obtained by means of questionnaire, and the data are deeply mined by SPSS software, which reveals the difference of the effect of different influencing factors on different subdivision groups of "sandwich layer". Finally, comprehensive empirical investigation, questionnaire survey and data analysis of the conclusions, targeted to improve the efficiency of public rental housing in Chongqing measures and suggestions. This paper points out some problems that should be paid attention to in the planning and construction of public rental housing in the future.
