【摘要】：正近年來(lái),我國(guó)租賃業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),資產(chǎn)規(guī)模和業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域逐步擴(kuò)大,經(jīng)營(yíng)管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力得到較大提升。截至2014年6月,全國(guó)融資租賃企業(yè)總數(shù)達(dá)到1350家,融資租賃合同交易額達(dá)到2.6萬(wàn)億元,較2013年增長(zhǎng)23.8%。更吸引了不少專家學(xué)者對(duì)租賃融資、資產(chǎn)證券化、稅收政策、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等問(wèn)題的關(guān)注。然而,從宏觀視角對(duì)我國(guó)租賃行業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性和前瞻性研究,尚未引起國(guó)內(nèi)專家學(xué)者的應(yīng)有關(guān)注,相關(guān)的研究成果比較少�？傮w而言,我國(guó)租賃業(yè)理論與實(shí)務(wù)研究尚不能滿足其快
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's leasing industry has shown a vigorous development situation, the scale of assets and business field gradually expanded, management and risk control ability has been greatly improved. As of June 2014, the country's total number of financial leasing enterprises reached 1350, the transaction volume of financial leasing contracts reached 2.6 trillion yuan, up 23.838% from 2013. More attracted many experts and scholars on leasing financing, asset securitization, tax policy, risk management and other issues. However, the strategic and forward-looking research on the future development of the leasing industry in China from the macro perspective has not yet aroused the due attention of domestic experts and scholars, and the related research results are relatively few. In general, the theoretical and practical research on the leasing industry in China can not satisfy its speed.
