【摘要】：基于諸多現實根源,家族信托應運而生,借此打破"富不過三代"的魔咒。國內眾多機構陸續(xù)啟動,并大力拓展家族信托業(yè)務。家族信托無疑將使信托業(yè)回歸投資事務管理工具的本質,并有望成為信托業(yè)轉型支點。作為舶來品的家族信托在國內迎來發(fā)展藍海的同時,雖然前景可期,但仍面臨"信托登記生效主義"、稅收制度不健全、業(yè)務管理經驗不足等多重障礙,其大規(guī)模推廣的時機并不成熟。我國家族信托的發(fā)展可謂任重而道遠。
[Abstract]:Based on many practical causes, family trust emerged as the times require, thus breaking the curse of "rich but three generations". Many domestic institutions have started, and vigorously expand the family trust business. Family trust will undoubtedly return the trust industry to the essence of investment transaction management tools, and it is expected to become the fulcrum of trust industry transformation. At the same time, the family trust, as an imported product, has welcomed the development of the Blue Sea in China. Although the prospect is promising, it still faces many obstacles, such as "Trust Registration effectiveness Doctrine," imperfect tax system, lack of experience in business management, and so on. Its large-scale promotion of the time is not ripe. The development of family trust in China can be described as a long way to go.
