【摘要】：2015年夏,中國(guó)股票市場(chǎng)的暴漲暴跌,很大程度上是泡沫的集聚與破滅的反映。政府干預(yù)與救市需要厘清波動(dòng)的背后根源,并采取措施阻斷股市波動(dòng)對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的連鎖反應(yīng)及傳播。這輪股市波動(dòng)與國(guó)家干預(yù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)是,股市的發(fā)展中市場(chǎng)規(guī)律需要進(jìn)一步貫徹,國(guó)家也要進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)決定性的作用,而政府有形之手與市場(chǎng)無(wú)形之手的合適邊界應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持。對(duì)于股市的繁榮穩(wěn)定,政府需要進(jìn)一步完善市場(chǎng)制度,嚴(yán)懲擾亂市場(chǎng)秩序者。
[Abstract]:In the summer of 2015, China's stock market soared and plummeted, largely reflecting the concentration and bursting of bubbles. Government intervention and rescue needs to clarify the underlying causes of volatility and take measures to block the chain reaction and spread of stock market volatility to the real economy. The experience and lesson of this round of stock market fluctuations and state intervention is that the market law in the development of the stock market needs to be further implemented, and the state should further exert the decisive role of the market. And the proper boundary between the government's tangible hand and the invisible hand of the market should be maintained. For the prosperity and stability of the stock market, the government needs to further improve the market system and severely punish those who disturb the market order.
