X公司汽車消費(fèi)信貸現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)初期,汽車消費(fèi)信貸開始出現(xiàn)。目前在發(fā)達(dá)國家已經(jīng)發(fā)展成熟,全款購車的比例已經(jīng)很低,基本上都是采用貸款購車的方式。但是國內(nèi)的汽車消費(fèi)信貸市場發(fā)展落后,與發(fā)達(dá)國家還存在較大的差距。 具有國內(nèi)汽車金融公司代表意義的X公司,經(jīng)過2012年的業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)張,目前業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)遍布全國200多個(gè)城市,服務(wù)2200多家經(jīng)銷商,業(yè)務(wù)能力和行業(yè)口碑不斷增強(qiáng)。但是作為一個(gè)發(fā)展中的汽車金融公司,在內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的影響下,也存在服務(wù)能力弱,金融品種單一,內(nèi)控機(jī)制不健全,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平落后等問題。 本文主要通過理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,基于消費(fèi)信貸理論、消費(fèi)者行為理論、流程管理理論和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論,在國內(nèi)汽車消費(fèi)信貸市場這個(gè)外部環(huán)境的影響下,通過對于X公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問題的剖析,從服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、產(chǎn)品種類、融資渠道、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制這五個(gè)方面對X公司提出相應(yīng)的問題解決對策。特別針對X公司當(dāng)前最為嚴(yán)峻的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力不足的問題,分析X公司非正常資產(chǎn)形成的影響因素,,尋找X公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的途徑和對策,從而提高X公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的能力。
[Abstract]:In the early 20 th century, automobile consumer credit began to appear. At present, it has developed and matured in developed countries, and the proportion of car purchases has been very low, basically using loans to buy cars. However, the development of domestic automobile consumer credit market lags behind, and there is still a big gap with developed countries. X Company, which has the representative significance of domestic automobile finance companies, has expanded its business network in more than 2200 cities in more than 200 cities in 2012, serving more than 2200 dealers, and its business ability and industry reputation have been continuously enhanced. However, as a developing automobile finance company, under the influence of internal and external environment, there are also some problems, such as weak service ability, single financial variety, imperfect internal control mechanism, backward risk management level and so on. This paper mainly through the method of combining theory and practice, based on consumer credit theory, consumer behavior theory, process management theory and risk management theory, under the influence of the external environment of domestic automobile consumer credit market, through the analysis of the development status and problems of X company, from the service network, business process, product types, financing channels, The five aspects of risk control put forward the corresponding problem solving countermeasures for X Company. In order to solve the problem of insufficient risk control ability of X company at present, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of abnormal assets of X company, and looks for the ways and countermeasures of risk control of X company, so as to improve the ability of risk control of X company.
