【摘要】：我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融投資者面臨的騙局和連鎖風(fēng)險,是否是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融羊群行為的必然結(jié)果呢?如何建構(gòu)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的監(jiān)管制度,才能在不影響互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融融資效率前提下降低互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的風(fēng)險呢?在改進(jìn)的MNL模型基礎(chǔ)上,通過研究我國P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸羊群行為的性質(zhì)及其背后的信息驅(qū)動,回答上述問題。研究結(jié)果顯示,我國P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸市場上存在著理性的羊群行為;其背后的信息驅(qū)動因素依次為平臺信息、項目信息和借款人信息。因此,我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸市場不會由于投資者羊群行為引發(fā)市場風(fēng)險,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融監(jiān)管機制的重點在于,強化投資者保護(hù)、完善和統(tǒng)一P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸平臺的信用評估和披露制度。
[Abstract]:Is the scam and chain risk faced by Internet financial investors in China the inevitable result of the herding behavior of Internet finance? How to construct the supervision system of Internet finance in order to reduce the risk of Internet finance without affecting the efficiency of Internet financial financing? On the basis of the improved MNL model, the above questions are answered by studying the nature of P2P network lending herding behavior in China and the information drive behind it. The results show that there is rational herding behavior in P2P network lending market in China, and the driving factors behind it are platform information, project information and borrower information in turn. Therefore, the online lending market in China will not cause market risk due to the herding behavior of investors. The focus of Internet financial supervision mechanism is to strengthen investor protection and improve and unify the credit evaluation and disclosure system of P2P online lending platform.
