HF銀行濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險管理體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著利率市場化程度不斷的提高,人民幣匯率的波動幅度加大,經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化加深,匯率、利率市場化程度逐漸提高,產(chǎn)品價格逐漸市場化,同時外資銀行業(yè)務(wù)全面放開,導(dǎo)致國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行競爭日漸激烈,恒豐銀行濟(jì)南分行(以下簡稱濟(jì)南分行)新產(chǎn)品,新業(yè)務(wù)不斷推出,信貸風(fēng)險管理出現(xiàn)新的趨勢,因此,非常迫切需要優(yōu)化濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險管理體系。 通過對國內(nèi)外信貸風(fēng)險管理的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析、整理和述評,并從制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度對銀行信貸風(fēng)險管理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。文章主要囊括六個部分,第一部分緒論及相關(guān)理論研究,介紹了研究的背景意義、研究內(nèi)容以及主要觀點(diǎn)、研究思路以及方法。其中,采用案例研究與理論運(yùn)用相結(jié)合的方法,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法、規(guī)范分析法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法等調(diào)研方法;第二部分商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險管理理論概述,對風(fēng)險、信貸風(fēng)險相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了研究;第三部分,對濟(jì)南分行的信貸風(fēng)險管理現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行分析;第四部分,從信貸風(fēng)險識別、預(yù)警、內(nèi)部管理及自我評價和約束等角度對濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險管理體系提出優(yōu)化措施;第五部分是濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險管理體系實(shí)施保障的措施,最后是結(jié)論及展望。本文從濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險管理體系存在的問題出發(fā),有針對性地進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以達(dá)到降低濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險的目的。 分析了濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險方面存在問題,得出了問題主要集中在信貸風(fēng)險測評識別、預(yù)警、內(nèi)部管理等方面,并提出四項(xiàng)優(yōu)化措施:一是完善信貸風(fēng)險識別體系,分別從優(yōu)化信用風(fēng)險評級體系,操作風(fēng)險管理體系,市場風(fēng)險組織體系等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;二是結(jié)合濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險預(yù)警流程,采取定量與定性相結(jié)合,建立詳細(xì)的預(yù)警信號指標(biāo)及應(yīng)對措施,從而優(yōu)化信貸風(fēng)險預(yù)警管理體系;三是完善濟(jì)南分行信貸風(fēng)險內(nèi)部管理體系,從信貸風(fēng)險控制,貸后跟蹤管理,信貸風(fēng)險化解等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;四是在自我評價和約束方面提出優(yōu)化措施。同時,結(jié)合濟(jì)南分行現(xiàn)狀,提出實(shí)施保障措施,如:培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的風(fēng)險管理人員,建立風(fēng)險管控的企業(yè)文化,建立合規(guī)檢查機(jī)制、完善風(fēng)險技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)以及完善檢查與考核機(jī)制等等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the degree of interest rate marketization, the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate, the deepening of economic integration, the gradual improvement of exchange rate and interest rate marketization, the gradual marketization of product prices, and the comprehensive liberalization of foreign banking business. As a result, the competition of domestic commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce, Hengfeng Bank Jinan Branch (hereinafter referred to as Jinan Branch) new products, new business continues to launch, credit risk management has a new trend, therefore, It is urgent to optimize the credit risk management system of Jinan Branch. Through the analysis, collation and review of the literature of credit risk management at home and abroad, and from the perspective of institutional economics and information economics, this paper makes a systematic analysis of bank credit risk management. The article mainly consists of six parts, the first part is the introduction and related theoretical research, which introduces the background significance, research content, main viewpoints, research ideas and methods of the study. Among them, the method of combining case study with theoretical application, literature research method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, normative analysis method, interview investigation method and so on are used. The second part summarizes the theory of credit risk management of commercial banks, and studies the related theories of risk and credit risk. The third part analyzes the present situation and problems of credit risk management of Jinan Branch. The fourth part puts forward the optimization measures to the credit risk management system of Jinan Branch from the angles of credit risk identification, early warning, internal management and self-evaluation and restriction. The fifth part is the measures to guarantee the credit risk management system of Jinan Branch, and finally the conclusion and prospect. Based on the problems existing in the credit risk management system of Jinan Branch, this paper optimizes the credit risk of Jinan Branch in order to reduce the credit risk of Jinan Branch. This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the credit risk of Jinan Branch, draws the conclusion that the problems mainly focus on the credit risk evaluation and identification, early warning, internal management and so on, and puts forward four optimization measures: first, perfecting the credit risk identification system, Optimize the credit risk rating system, operational risk management system, market risk organization system and so on. Second, combined with the credit risk early warning process of Jinan Branch, the combination of quantitative and qualitative, the establishment of detailed early warning signal indicators and countermeasures, so as to optimize the credit risk early warning management system; Third, improve the credit risk internal management system of Jinan Branch, optimize from the aspects of credit risk control, post-loan tracking management, credit risk resolution and so on; fourth, put forward optimization measures in terms of self-evaluation and constraints. At the same time, combined with the present situation of Jinan Branch, this paper puts forward the implementation of safeguard measures, such as: training excellent risk management personnel, establishing enterprise culture of risk control and control, establishing compliance inspection mechanism, Improve the risk technical support system and improve the inspection and assessment mechanism and so on.
