【摘要】：本文借助拍拍貸網(wǎng)站交易平臺個體交易數(shù)據(jù),檢驗了我國網(wǎng)貸市場中出借人投資決策模仿效應的存在性、理性、遞減性與抑制性特征。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),網(wǎng)貸市場中潛在出借人投資決策受前期累計競標人次和前期累計募資額度的影響而表現(xiàn)出模仿效應,隨著模仿效應特征傳遞的信息量下降,潛在出借人的后續(xù)模仿效應會顯得越來越理性,并且該模仿效應達到一定峰值后會逐漸遞減并最終消失。另外,信息披露差的借款訂單所呈現(xiàn)出的出借人投資決策模仿效應要比信息披露完善的訂單更為突出。
[Abstract]:With the help of the individual transaction data of PPDAI's website trading platform, this paper tests the existence, rationality, decreasing and restraining characteristics of the imitating effect of lender's investment decision in our country's net loan market. It is found that the investment decision of potential lenders in the net loan market is influenced by the cumulative number of bids in the early stage and the amount of funds raised in the earlier period, and the amount of information transmitted with the characteristics of the imitation effect decreases. The subsequent imitation effect of the potential lender will become more and more rational, and the imitation effect will gradually decrease and disappear when it reaches a certain peak. In addition, loan orders with poor information disclosure are more prominent than those with perfect information disclosure.
