河南HJWY地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:地產(chǎn)業(yè)作為國家的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在高速發(fā)展的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位越來越重要。在越來越規(guī)范的管理中,戰(zhàn)略管理不僅考驗著企業(yè)管理基層的管理能力,而且也檢驗者企業(yè)決策基層的決策能力。地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的市場化發(fā)展趨勢,動態(tài)競爭頻率增加,同質(zhì)化競爭嚴(yán)重,企業(yè)的管理能力需要提升,企業(yè)的資源、資金配置在一定程度上都需要全面創(chuàng)新。因此,在地產(chǎn)企業(yè)實施全方位的戰(zhàn)略管理具有劃時代的意義。 河南HJWY地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)地處中原腹地的鄭州,在地產(chǎn)界有著一定的知名度和良好的企業(yè)形象。該企業(yè)在面對激烈的市場競爭同時,一方面注重提升企業(yè)的素質(zhì),建立健全管理制度,實施企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,全面創(chuàng)新管理機(jī)制和管理環(huán)境,優(yōu)化管理能力,凸顯戰(zhàn)略在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要作用;另外一方面,企業(yè)通過能力構(gòu)建,能力優(yōu)化,能力創(chuàng)新形成了企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,從而強(qiáng)化了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的競爭力戰(zhàn)略。而本身就競爭戰(zhàn)略而言,必須要通過競爭優(yōu)勢的轉(zhuǎn)化,才能實現(xiàn)企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略的全面內(nèi)化,在這種條件下,企業(yè)的整體戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展也就得到了相應(yīng)的提升。 該論文主要建立了戰(zhàn)略能力模型,對河南HJWY地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)管理的戰(zhàn)略能力優(yōu)化和局部優(yōu)勢的轉(zhuǎn)化,在充分運用模型分析了戰(zhàn)略管理對企業(yè)管理可能帶來的影響,同時,也充分考慮到了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略能力對于企業(yè)核心競爭力構(gòu)建的貢獻(xiàn);本文還通過該集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略管理實踐的模式分析,運用相關(guān)理論分析了企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中,管理實踐中的實際問題,分析了河南HJWY地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略管理突破的具體實現(xiàn)路徑,對其進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of the country, the real estate industry plays an increasingly important role in the high-speed development of social economy. In the more and more standardized management, the strategic management not only tests the management ability of the basic level of enterprise management, but also tests the decision-making ability of the enterprise. The development trend of real estate enterprises is market-oriented, the dynamic competition frequency increases, the homogeneous competition is serious, the management ability of the enterprises needs to be improved, and the resources and funds allocation of the enterprises need to be comprehensively innovated to a certain extent. Therefore, the implementation of all-round strategic management in real estate enterprises has epoch-making significance. Henan HJWY Real Estate Group is located in Zhengzhou, the hinterland of Central Plains. In the face of fierce market competition, on the one hand, the enterprise pays attention to improving the quality of the enterprise, establishing and perfecting the management system, implementing the enterprise strategy, comprehensively innovating the management mechanism and management environment, and optimizing the management ability. Highlight the important role of strategy in the development of enterprises; On the other hand, through the ability construction, the ability optimization, the ability innovation, the enterprise has formed the competitive advantage, thus strengthened the competitive strategy in the development strategy. In terms of competitive strategy, we must transform the competitive advantage to realize the overall internalization of the competitive strategy. Under this condition, the overall strategic development of the enterprise has been promoted accordingly. This paper mainly establishes the strategic ability model, optimizes the strategic ability of Henan HJWY real estate group management and transforms the local advantage, and analyzes the possible influence of strategic management on the enterprise management in the full use of the model, at the same time, It also takes into account the contribution of enterprise strategic capability to the construction of enterprise core competence. This paper also analyzes the practical problems in the management practice of the enterprise in the process of development through the mode analysis of the strategic management practice of the group, and analyzes the specific realization path of the strategic management breakthrough of Henan HJWY real estate group. The suggestion of strategic optimization is given.
