【摘要】：我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金概念來源于西方股權(quán)基金（Private EquityFund），產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金就是通過籌集資金，選擇成長性好、回報率高、潛力大的未上市的企業(yè)進行股權(quán)投資，并參與被投目標(biāo)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理，待企業(yè)發(fā)育成熟后轉(zhuǎn)讓其股權(quán)，以實現(xiàn)資本增值并促進產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為目的的一種投融資制度創(chuàng)新。產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金在我國尚屬新生事物,但各級政府都在鼓勵與發(fā)展。 本文以衡陽產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對象，介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金的基本概念、發(fā)展歷程及國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金的發(fā)展模式與發(fā)展策略等。在衡陽市存貸差一直居高不下，企業(yè)從資本市場直接融資數(shù)量非常有限，銀行貸款、信托、發(fā)行債券等間接融資工具及其它金融理財產(chǎn)品又無法從根本上解決企業(yè)特別是中小企業(yè)強烈的融資需求的大背景下，對衡陽市產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金的組織模式、資金募集模式、基金運作模式及監(jiān)管模式進行探討和分析；對基金運作管理過程中的投資理念、投資方式、投資組合、投資階段選擇及風(fēng)險控制等方面進行研究；并根據(jù)衡陽實際設(shè)計了衡陽產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金最佳發(fā)展模式。 本文在研究衡陽產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，用SWOT工具對衡陽發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和挑戰(zhàn)進行分析后，根據(jù)SWOT矩陣提出了衡陽市產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，供衡陽行政管理者、投資人及相關(guān)參與者決策時參考，以推動產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金在衡陽健康有序地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The concept of industrial investment fund in our country comes from the western equity fund (Private EquityFund), industrial investment fund. By raising funds, we choose the unlisted enterprises with good growth, high rate of return and great potential for equity investment. It also participates in the operation and management of the invested target enterprise, and transfers its stock right after the enterprise develops and matures, in order to realize the capital increment and promote the development of the industry, a kind of investment and financing system innovation. Industrial investment fund is a new thing in our country, but all levels of government are encouraging and developing. This paper takes Hengyang industrial investment fund development strategy as the research object, introduces the basic concept, the development history and the development pattern and the development strategy of the industrial investment fund at home and abroad. In Hengyang City, the gap between deposits and loans has remained high. The amount of direct financing for enterprises from the capital market is very limited. Bank loans, trusts, Under the background that indirect financing instruments such as issuing bonds and other financial management products cannot fundamentally solve the strong financing needs of enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, the organization mode and capital raising mode of Hengyang industrial investment fund are discussed. The fund operation mode and the supervision mode carry on the discussion and the analysis; This paper studies the investment concept, investment mode, investment portfolio, investment stage selection and risk control in the process of fund operation and management, and designs the best development model of Hengyang industrial investment fund according to the actual situation in Hengyang. On the basis of studying the present development situation of Hengyang Industrial Investment Fund, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Hengyang Industrial Investment Fund by using SWOT tools, and puts forward the development strategy of Hengyang Industrial Investment Fund according to the SWOT matrix. For Hengyang administrative managers, investors and relevant participants in decision-making reference, in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of industrial investment funds in Hengyang.
